JB/T10026—1999bzxz.net Current View A 【Appendix to the Standard】 Testing Method of Universal Angle Ruler with Dial This appendix is the verification method of universal angle rulers with dials used by manufacturers before delivery. The engraving room should use a tool microscope for verification. A1 The plane of the measuring surface is checked with a grade 0 blade ruler by the light gap method. The verticality of the additional measuring surface to the measuring surface of the base ruler is checked with a 1-degree 90-degree ruler. 4 The parallelism of the ruler and the measuring surface of the base ruler is checked with a white scale and a grade 1 flat plate or a special tester. A5 Zero position error Use a special tester to adjust the measuring surface of the ruler to be parallel to the measuring surface of the base ruler (or at the 90° position: use a grade 1 90-degree short angle ruler to adjust the measuring surface of the ruler to be perpendicular to the measuring surface of the base ruler), and determine the displacement value between the pointer and the zero scale. A6 The degree of fit between the indicator and the zero scale of the "degree" dial is checked by visual observation or a 5x magnifying glass. A7 Indication variability Measure the zero position and any other two positions, and measure the disk for no less than 5 times in a row. The maximum value of the result. AB Program error Measure the absolute value of the difference between the positive and negative stroke values at the same position at the zero position and any other two positions. A9 Indication error Connect the 2nd level angle to the two measuring surfaces, and record the difference between the indicated value and the actual value of the angle block. The indication error is tested and calibrated in the I and V quadrants and at the 90-degree position. The calibration points are 15°10°, 30°20°, 45\30°50°, 60°40° 75°50' 90° After installing the additional scale, calibrate 15°10°.
