Put the same batch of wax materials and the samples prepared according to 5.2 in 10±2C, 23±2C (relative humidity 50%~55%), (38±2) (environment for 2h, and apply the wax material to the samples. After the wax film of all samples is polished, compare their gloss under the test conditions of 5.1, and check for cracks or cracks.
5.4 Determination of drying time
The determination of surface drying time shall be carried out according to Method B of GB1728. 5.5 Determination of non-volatile matter
The determination of non-volatile matter of wax materials shall be carried out according to Method B of GB1725-surface blood method. 5.6 Determination of flash point
The flash point of wax materials shall be determined according to the closed cup method of GB261. 5.7 Wax film performance test
Construct according to 5.2.2. When polishing after the wax film is dry, observe whether the wax mist is easy to eliminate and whether the polishing cloth has a "resistance" feeling. 5.8 Water repellency test
Apply the wax material on the clean test sample. After polishing, immediately place it under running water and observe the water repellency. For the measurement of water rolling angle, see Appendix 220
A (reference).
5.9 Water resistance test
CB 120389
Conduct according to GB1733 A method, and the test immersion time is 4h. 5.10 Aging resistance test
Aging resistance test is carried out according to GB1865 (without water spraying), and the test cycle is 200h5.11 Temperature change resistance test
5.11.1 Place the sealed container containing the wax material under the condition of 20±2°C for 24h, take it out and restore it to room humidity state, and observe it. 5.11.2 The samples prepared in accordance with 5.2.1 and 5.2.2 are subjected to high and low temperature cycle test at 63 ± 2 (and -401 (variable temperatures). 5.12 Weathering test
The weathering test is carried out in accordance with GB1767, and the test time is 90 days. The exposure field (coastal area) under marine atmospheric conditions should be selected. An adjustable angle drying rack should be used. It is best not to repeat the test seasons, and the evaluation should be carried out in accordance with GB1766. 5.13 Removability test
The 90d weathering test sample and the waxed sample of the 200h aging test are thoroughly cleaned with xylene. After drying, they are sprayed with one coat of white nitrocellulose lacquer respectively with the comparison plate. Rolling angle measuring instrument
Apply wax material on three clean test panels, dry them, and then polish them. Place the panels on the horizontal surface of the measuring instrument. Drop a drop of water (about 0.1mL) on each test panel and slowly tilt the panel. Record the angle at which the water drop deviates from the vertical plane when it starts to roll. Repeat the test three times. Additional remarks:
