1.0.1 This standard applies to the quality inspection and evaluation of long-distance communication open-wire line projects newly built, expanded and renovated in petroleum construction projects. 1.02 The division principles of sub-items, sub-sections and unit projects of long-distance communication open-wire line projects shall comply with the provisions of SY4024 "General Principles for Quality Inspection and Evaluation of Petroleum Construction Projects", and the names of sub-items, sub-sections and unit projects shall comply with the provisions of Table 10.2. Table 1.0.2 of the names of sub-items, sub-sections and unit projects of the long-distance open-line line project
