For the pressure drop at both ends, find the corresponding flow value in Table 3. 8 Inspection methods
8.1 The batch output is not more than 10 pieces and should be tested one by one. When the output of each batch is more than 10 pieces, 10% of the total amount will be randomly inspected, but not less than 10 pieces.
8.2 The hydraulic performance test of the sealed orifice plate is carried out on a special test bench. The inlet and outlet pressure of the orifice plate is measured with a Class 1 industrial standard pressure gauge, and the flow rate is measured with a Class 1 industrial rotor flowmeter
8.3 The sealed orifice plate should be subjected to a hydraulic test. The test pressure is equal to 1.25 times the working pressure and lasts for 15 minutes. No leakage or damage. 9 Packaging, transportation and storage
9.1 Products should be cleaned and rust-proofed before packaging. 9.2 Packaging should be able to prevent product damage, rust and loss during transportation and storage. 9.3 The product certificate should be included in the packaging box. The content of the certificate includes: orifice plate model, specifications, factory name, technical inspection mark, and date. 9.4
The packaging box should be strong and reliable, and a packing list should be attached inside the box. Additional notes:
