3.1 Adjust the installation level in accordance with Article 3.1 of JB2670. Check the installation level along the entire length of the bed rail. Place a bridge plate on each flat rail, and place a level ruler perpendicular to the rail on the two bridge plates. Place a level gauge on the bridge plate and the level gauge in the longitudinal and transverse directions (see Figure 1). The readings of the level gauge in the longitudinal and transverse directions shall not exceed 0.03/1000. 3.2 When inspecting the accuracy of the machine tool, the ambient temperature should be kept within 15-25°C. The maximum temperature change at any point in the space occupied by the machine tool is less than 5°C/12h; the maximum temperature gradient at any point is less than 0.5°C/h; the maximum temperature difference between any two points in the space occupied by the machine tool is less than 5°C, and the maximum temperature gradient is less than 0.5°C/m. 3.3 During the inspection, the actual inspection order can generally be arranged according to the requirements of the assembly and disassembly inspection tools, inspection convenience and thermal inspection items. 3.4 When inspecting the working accuracy, the inspection of the test piece should be carried out after fine machining. 3.5 Installation level and pre-adjustment inspection G01, G02, G03 are only inspected during assembly 3.6 When the measured length is different from the length specified in this standard, the tolerance should be converted according to the measurable length in accordance with the provisions of Article 2.3.1.1 of JB2670.
