The substitute material should not be lower than the QT500-7 specified in GB1348. 3.2.2 The service life of the nozzle is not less than 12000h. 3.2.3 The material of the umbrella wheel is HT150 specified in GB/T9439. 3.2.4 The straightness deviation of the scraper edge per meter length should not be greater than 3mm. 3.3 Tank body 3.3.1 The weld should not leak water. 3.3.2 The flatness deviation of each joint surface after welding should not be greater than 2mm per meter. 3.3.3 The verticality deviation of the end joint surface to the bottom surface should not be greater than 2mm per meter. 3.3.4 The straightness deviation of the overflow weir per meter tank length should not be greater than 3mm. 3.3.5 The difference in length of the two diagonals after welding should not be greater than 3/1000 of the diagonal length. 3.3.6 The height deviation of the overflow weirs on both sides to the ground plane should not be greater than 3mm. 3.3.7 The ratio of the parallelism deviation of the overflow weirs on both sides to the length of the overflow weir should not be greater than 3/1000. 3.4 Flotation machine assembly 3.4.1 The gap between the upper and lower umbrella wheels should be 20±2mm. 3.4.2 The distance between the end face of the lower umbrella wheel and the bottom of the tank should be 140±5mm. 3.4.3 The scraper shaft should be assembled on the same center line and rotate flexibly. The scraper foam edge is 3~6mm away from the edge of the overflow weir. Approved by the Ministry of Coal Industry of the People's Republic of China on November 10, 1997 344 Implemented on April 1, 1998 MT/T649—1997 3.4.4 The following requirements shall be met after the assembly of the aerated stirring device: a) There shall be no air leakage on the joint surfaces of the aerated stirring device. b) The non-vertical deviation of the aerated stirring device to the foot plane (or the bottom plane) shall not exceed 4mm. 3.4.5 The liquid level control mechanism shall be flexible in operation. 3.4.6 The exposed motor coupling and sprocket connection must be protected. 3.5 Appearance quality requirements The exposed surface shall be sprayed with anti-rust paint, which shall be uniform and free of defects such as cracks, peeling, bubbles and flow marks. 3.6 Clean water test performance of the whole machine The clean water test performance shall meet the requirements of 1 to 6 and 8 to 10 in Table 1 of MT/T652. 4 Test Methods 4.1 Use conventional test methods to verify the material requirements in 3.2.1 and 3.2.3. 4.2 Use the wire drawing method to verify the requirements of 3.2.4, 3.3.4, 3.3.5, 3.3.7 and 3.4.4 b). 4.3 Use a straightedge and feeler gauge to verify the requirements of 3.3.2 and 3.3.3. 4.4 Use a level to verify the requirements of 3.3.6. 4.5 Use a steel ruler to verify the requirements of 3.4.1, 3.4.2 and 3.4.3. 4.6 Use the flame method to verify the requirements of 3.4.4 a). 4.7 Use visual inspection to check the requirements of 3.3.1, 3.4.5, 3.4.6 and 3.5. 4.8 The clean water performance test shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of MT/T652. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 Factory inspection 5.1.1 The product shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. Only after the inspection is qualified and the certificate is issued, it is allowed to leave the factory. 5.1.2 The factory inspection items of the product are shown in Table 1. 5.1.3 The factory inspection is qualified if the number of unqualified items is no more than 2. It can also be determined according to the contract between the manufacturer and the user. 5.2 Type inspection 5.2.1 Type inspection shall be conducted in the following cases: 1. Preliminary evaluation of new products or old products for transfer to factory production; 2. After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; 3. During normal production, at least one unit shall be selected from the qualified products for factory inspection for every 10 units produced; 4. When the production of a product is resumed after 2 years of suspension; 5. When there is a major difference between the factory inspection result and the last type inspection result; 6. The label shall include the following contents: product model and name; Www.bzxZ.net Manufacturer name; -factory number and manufacturing date; Main technical parameters. 6.2 The accompanying documents shall be packed in plastic bags and fixed in the packaging box, including: product qualification certificate -packing list; Installation and operation instructions; Drawings of wearing parts (impeller, stator). 6.3 The packaging and delivery of products shall comply with the requirements for land and water transportation. 6.4 The exposed processing surfaces and internal processing surfaces shall be coated with anti-rust oil and wrapped with oil paper or plastic cloth, and the exposed pipe joints and motors shall be wrapped with plastic cloth. 6.5 Electrical equipment and small parts shall be packed in packaging boxes, which shall be firm and have rain and moisture-proof measures. 6.6 There should be obvious text marks on the outer wall of the packaging box and the bare tank body, including: consignee and address; product model and name, manufacturer name and address, factory number and manufacturing date; net weight, gross weight, box number, overall dimensions and lifting mark.
