If galvanized passivation or other surface treatment is required, it shall be agreed upon by both parties. 3.3 The material of O-ring shall comply with the provisions of GB7038 if there is no special requirement. 3.4 Thread Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on June 9, 1992 and implemented on January 1, 1993 JB/T6145-92 3.4.1 The basic dimensions of common threads shall comply with the provisions of GB196, and the thread tolerances shall comply with the provisions of GB197: 6H for internal threads and 6g (without coating) or 6f (with coating) for external threads; The basic dimensions and tolerances of cylindrical pipe threads shall comply with the provisions of GB7307 for grade A; the basic dimensions and tolerances of tapered pipe threads shall comply with the provisions of GB7306; the basic dimensions and tolerances of tapered threads shall comply with the provisions of ZBT04002. 3.4.2·The dimensions of thread finish, shoulder distance, undercut and chamfer shall comply with the provisions of GB3. The surface roughness parameter R. value of the external thread side is 3.2um, and the surface roughness parameter R. value of the internal thread side is 6.33.4.3 μm. The surface of the part is not allowed to have cracks, burrs, flash, dents and scratches that affect the use. The connection between the hose and the joint should be flat, and the inner wall of the hose should be smooth, unobstructed and free of scratches. When assembling the wire braided hose assembly, the 3.6 steel wire shall not be damaged, and there shall be no exposure of the steel wire. 3.7The chamfer of the hexagonal end face of the part is about 30°, and the chamfer diameter d~0.95S (see Figure 1) Figure 1 The shape and position tolerance of the hexagonal head of the part shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB3103.1. Table 3 Limit deviation 3.11, Limit deviation of unindicated tolerance dimensions of parts and unindicated shape and position tolerance The limit deviation of unindicated tolerance dimensions of metal cutting parts on parts shall not be lower than the m (medium grade) provisions in GB/T1804. 3.11.1 The unindicated shape and position tolerance of parts shall not be lower than the C grade provisions in GB1184. 3. 11.2 3.11.3 The ratio of the major and minor axes of the cross section of the bending part of the joint core α/b≤1.20. The verticality tolerance between the end face of the hexagonal support surface of the part equipped with a combined gasket and the thread axis is 0.1mm. 3.14 3.15For the 90° elbow core, the verticality deviation between the axis and the axis of the outer cone after bending is ±0.3mm. 3.16 The hose assembly must be cleaned, and the cleanliness must comply with the provisions of GB7935. Inspection rules The hose assembly must undergo type testing and factory testing, and the test methods must comply with the provisions of GB7939. 4.1 The hose assembly must be pressure tested together with the matching cone joint after assembly. 4.2The sampling plan for the pressure test of the hose assembly shall be as specified in Table 4. Sampling Acceptance Standard Hose assemblies shall be inspected by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer to ensure that each batch of products complies with the provisions of this standard and shall be accompanied by a certificate of product qualification. 4.3 Packaging, storage and transportation 5.1 After the assembly is assembled with the matching cone joint, both ends must be sealed. 5.2 The crimping part of the assembly must be marked with the inner diameter of the hose and the working pressure. The threaded cone joint matching the assembly must be marked with the nominal diameter and the code of the connecting thread size. 5.3 The assembly shall be bundled flat or coiled depending on the batch size, length, etc. Each bundle shall not exceed 50kg. The bending radius of the coiled bundle shall not be less than the minimum bending radius specified for the hose. After bundling, add packaging to ensure that the hose assembly is not damaged during transportation. 5.4 The hose assembly should be protected from direct sunlight, rain and snow during storage and transportation. It is prohibited to contact with materials that affect the quality of the assembly, such as acids, alkalis, fuels and organic solvents. The storage temperature is -15 to +40°C; the relative humidity shall not be greater than 80%. 3 JB/T6145-92 5 In the case of compliance with Article 3.4 of this standard, the product shall be 1 year from the date of manufacture. If the user finds quality problems, the manufacturer shall implement 5.5 Three Guarantees. The outer packaging shall have the following signs: Manufacturer name; Name and code of hose assembly; Quantity; Manufacture date or production batch number. Product certificate shall include: Manufacturer name; Name and code of hose assembly; Manufacture date or production batch number; Signature of technical department.
