3.2.1: The action and sealing test of the locking valve, the limiting valve and the check valve shall be carried out in an anti-expansion steel pipe with an inner diameter 2mm larger than the outer diameter of the rubber cylinder. By filling the center tube without the breakaway bracket with water pressure, the locking valve pin is sheared off and the pressure limiting valve is closed. Check that the shear pressure of the pins of the locking valve and the pressure limiting valve should meet the requirements of Articles 2.17 and 2.18, and that there should be no leakage at the sealing parts of the rubber cylinder. Continue to pressurize to 27.5MPa, and check that there is no paint stagnation on the weld of the valve ring cover and the sealing seats of the locking valve, check valve and pressure limiting valve. Then, unload the center pipe to zero pressure, and pressurize again to 27.5MPa.5MPa, check that the locking valve should not open, and check the locking valve seal from the one-way wetting hole, there should be no leakage. After the test, the pin shearing pressure of the locking valve and the pressure limiting valve shall be included in the product certificate. 3.2.2 Rubber Cylinder Oil Pressure Seal Test
HJ-20 mechanical oil is used in the rubber cylinder for a 15MPa seal test. After stabilizing the pressure for 10 minutes, check that there should be no leakage in the welds, casing threads and other sealing parts.
3.2.3 Seal test of casing threads, breaking rods and inner sleeves Block the casing threads at both ends and conduct a 27.5MPa water pressure test. There should be no leakage at the Demp threads, breaking rods and inner sleeves. To check the sealing of the breaking rods and inner sleeves, the locking valve can be removed for further testing. 3.3 Type test

During the test, the rupture rod and the valve cores of the locking valve, pressure limiting valve and one-way valve shall be removed, and the valve holes shall be blocked to fill the center tube with water to 0.5MPa. The support rings at both ends of the rubber sleeve shall be close to the pipe wall. Continue to pressurize to 9MPa. After stabilizing the pressure for 10 minutes, check that there is no leakage in the rubber sleeve and its sealing parts, and then slowly pressurize until the rubber sleeve bursts. The bursting pressure should not be less than 14MPa. 4 Inspection rules
