The protective cover should have complete chip suction and removal measures. 4.6.2 The sound pressure level of the machine tool when running idle should not exceed 83dB(A). 4.7 Appearance The surface of the machine tool should be neat, the welds should be straight and uniform, and the edges of the exposed joint surfaces of the parts should be neat and there should be no obvious misalignment. The paint should comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T842.7. The nameplate and indication signs should comply with the relevant regulations. 4.8 Machine Tool Accuracy 4.8.1 The machine tool should be in a natural leveling state before inspection. The working accuracy inspection is generally carried out in the manufacturer, and can also be carried out in the user's factory when necessary. 5.4.2 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Products shall be inspected and approved by the factory in accordance with the provisions of this standard, and the certificate of conformity shall be issued before they can be shipped out of the factory. 6.2 Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2.1 Factory inspection The idle running inspection shall be carried out in accordance with Article 4.9; The geometric accuracy shall be inspected in accordance with Article 4.8.3; The appearance quality inspection shall be carried out in accordance with Article 4.7. Type inspection Type inspection items shall be carried out in accordance with Chapter 4. Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations: electric new products or old products transferred to the factory for trial production and identification; after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes, which may affect product performance; during normal production, regular inspection or after accumulating a certain amount of output, a periodic inspection shall be carried out; when the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; when there is a significant difference between the factory inspection results and the last type inspection; when the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. Sampling method for type inspection QB/T1624--1992 10% of the inventory products shall be selected, but not less than 1 unit.
