After passing the inspection, they are stamped with the inspection seal and allowed to leave the factory. The inspection department of the manufacturer shall inspect the appearance, performance and packaging of the finished products before leaving the factory according to the drawings and relevant regulations approved by the Ministry of Light Industry, and issue the product certificate after passing the inspection. 3.2 Basic code The code used for proofreading and inspection is the fourth-class basic code. 3.3 Empty scale inspection
3.3.1 Lift or press the lever of the meter pan upwards or downwards to make it lose half balance and swing evenly. The distance between the upper and lower frames of the collimator should not exceed 1 mm. 3.3.2 After pushing the force point end of the metering lever to the → side of the collimator, the metering lever should be able to return to its original position with a deviation of not more than 5 nm. 3.3.3 Move the metering lever or the knife bearing (ring) along the longitudinal direction of the support, weight and force point blade to each limit position one by one. After moving, the swing of the measuring lever should not exceed 2 mm from the lower frame of the collimator. 3.4 Weighing pan inspection
3.4.1 Loading point inspection: Hang and place 10% of the maximum weighing weight, place the corresponding weighing weight at the center of the load-bearing pan, and then move to each load-bearing point position one by one (see figure). 3,4.2 Inspection of the graduation value of the measuring lever: move the lever to the maximum graduation position, and add the corresponding weight on the bearing plate. 3.4.3 Inspection of maximum weight: add the maximum weight on the concrete hanging, and add the maximum weight on the weighing plate. 3.4.3 Inspection of maximum weight: place the maximum weight on the concrete hanging, and add the maximum weight on the weighing plate. 4.4.3 Inspection of maximum weight: the product should be placed on the workbench during inspection. When inspecting according to 3,3 and 3,4, the workbench should be at the working point, and the measuring lever should be in the neutral state. ③ When inspecting according to 3.3.3 and 3.1, the measuring plate should be balanced. If it is unbalanced, the tolerance weight of the weighing section can be added on the bearing plate or other hanging to achieve balance.
3.5 Sensitivity inspection
When inspecting the sensitivity of 10% maximum weight and maximum weight, when the measuring lever is stationary, add the tolerance weight of the weighing section on the bearing plate, so that the three rods of the measuring mouse rise and stabilize and stop again. The distance between the two stationary points should be not less than 3mm. 3.6 Load capacity test
Add a weight of 125% of the maximum weighing on the load-bearing plate, hang and add a bowl of corresponding weighing, and the measuring lever can still swing normally. 3.7 Back-check weighing
When the load is reduced to the maximum weighing and the scale is empty, the error is not greater than the provisions of 2.3. 3.8 Assembly inspection
On the platform, use relevant instruments and indicators to inspect the following contents, which shall comply with the provisions of 2.10: a. The horizontal position of the measuring lever;
b. The longitudinal displacement of the blade of the measuring lever to the knife bearing; c. The relative error of the height of the bearings on both sides of the scale body bracket. 3.9 Knife bearing, wear-reducing plate, baffle inspection 3.9.1 Hardness inspection: Use a hardness tester to inspect 2 to 4 mm from the working part, and measure the hardness value of three points to take the average value. 3.9.2 Surface finish inspection: Compare with standard samples. 3.9.
