Some standard content:
GB/T 9119—2000 This standard is a revised version of GB/T9119.1~9119.10-1988 "Flat and raised plate type flat welded steel pipe flanges". Based on the reference to ISO7005-1:1992 "Metal flanges Part 1: Steel flanges" and other international and foreign advanced standards, combined with domestic use experience, the original standard has been modified as follows: 1. The composition of the original standard has been greatly adjusted. From the original one flange type, one sealing surface type and one pressure level to form one standard, it has been changed to one flange type, two sealing surface types and all pressure levels to form one standard, thus compressing the original 10 standards into one. 2. The content of the original standard has been appropriately supplemented and expanded. The flange sizes of the original standard that belong to the European system are PNO.25, PNO.6, PN1.0, PN1.6, PN2.5 and PN4.0MPa, and are only applicable to the connection of "imperial pipes". The revised flange standard, in addition to adding the types and sizes of PN2.5 and PN4.0MPa flat flanges, also supplements the steel pipe sizes applicable to the connection of "metric pipes", expanding the scope of application of the standard. 3 Some dimensions in the original standard, such as the sealing surface height, have been appropriately modified according to ISO7005-1:1992. 4 The sealing surface "convex surface" in the original standard is changed to "raised surface", and the dimensions of flat and raised surface flanges are unified in one standard. The flange dimensions in this standard belong to the European flange system, and these flange dimensions are all in line with the flange dimensions of the corresponding pressure levels in Europe. The flange dimensions (series 1) in this standard are equivalent to the flange dimensions of IS07005-1:1992. The writing format of this standard is different from ISO7005-1:1992. The reason for adopting the current writing format is mainly to consider the convenience of use and the inheritance in the implementation of the standard. This standard will replace GB/T9119.1~9119.10-1988 from the date of implementation. This standard is promoted by the National Pipeline Accessories Standardization Technical Committee. The drafting units of this standard are: Mechanical Science Research Institute, National Chemical Equipment Design Technology Center, Zhejiang Chaoda Valve Co., Ltd., Dajin Jinding Pipeline Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard are: Li Junying, Yu Jun, Qiu Xiaolai, Wang Hanzhou, Min Zhiqing, Gao Deliang. This standard was first issued in 1988 and revised for the first time in 2000. 196 1 Scope National Standard of the People's Republic of China Slip-on-welding plate steel pipe flangeswith flat face or raised faceGB/T9119-2000 Replacement of GB/T9119.1~9119.10-1988 This standard specifies the types and dimensions of flat and raised plate steel pipe flanges with nominal pressure PN of 0.25, 0.6, 1.0, 1.6, 2.5 and 4.0MPa.
