Basic type
4.1 Basic type of thrust bearing
The basic type of thrust bearing is shown in Figure 1.
The sliding surface of the thrust bearing can be in the form of a sector or a rib block. Its bottom surface can be a plane (Figure 1a, b) or a groove surface (Figure 1c, d). 4.2 Basic type of radial bearing
The basic type of radial bearing is shown in Figure 2.
The sliding surface of the radial bearing has a spiral groove or a straight groove. The direction of rotation and the number of heads of the spiral groove are not specified in this standard. The positioning type of the outer circle of the radial bearing shall be negotiated by the supply and demand parties. Bearings should be cleaned and wrapped with paper before being packed in corrugated paper boxes or wooden boxes. The graphic marks on the boxes should comply with the provisions of GB191. The following should be indicated on the packing boxes:
a. Product name, model and quantity:
Packing date:
c. Manufacturer name;
Arrival station and receiving unit:
e. Departure station and shipping unit;
f. Packing box size and weight.
The product inspection certificate should be attached to the packing box. 11.2
The packaging should ensure that it is not damaged during normal transportation. Simple packaging can also be used if the user agrees. Bearings should be stored in a ventilated and dry place, avoiding high temperature, sun exposure, rain, and violent collision during transportation. The markings on the packaging box should be complete and clear.
