GB/T 2988-1987; YB 398---1963. 1 Scope High alumina bricks GB/T 2988-2004 This standard specifies the classification, shape and size, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate of high alumina bricks. This standard applies to general-purpose high alumina bricks with a unit weight of no more than 18 kg. 2 Normative references The clauses in the following documents become the clauses of this standard through reference in this standard. The test of the load softening starting temperature shall be carried out in accordance with YB/T370-1995. The test of the permanent linear change of heating shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T5988. The test of the size, appearance and cross-section of bricks shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T103266-2001. When sampling acceptance is adopted in Appendix A5.3 of GB/T10325-2001, the values in Table 1 are the guaranteed average values (μc), and their standard deviations are given in the third column of Table 6.2 3. 6.3 The physical test acceptance items recommended by this standard are: porosity, softening under load start temperature, and compressive strength at room temperature. 2 7 Packaging, transportation, storage, marking and quality certification 7.1 The packaging, transportation and storage of bricks shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T165466-1996. GB/T2988--2004 7.2 When bricks are shipped, they shall be accompanied by a quality certificate issued by the supplier's quality supervision department, stating: supplier name, buyer name, shipping date, product name, standard number, brand, brick number, batch number and corresponding physical and chemical indicators.
