5.1 Inspection of the contents of Article 4.1
Use visual inspection.
5.2 Inspection of the contents of Articles 4.2 and 4.3
Use special instruments such as steel tape measure, feeler gauge, caliper, level gauge, and visual inspection and hand feeling methods to inspect. 5.3 Inspection of the contents of Article 4.4.1
Use a voltage regulator to adjust the power supply voltage and use a multimeter to inspect. 5.4 Test of the contents of Articles 4.4.2 to 4.4.4 A person with a height of not less than 1.5m enters the specified detection range at a speed of 0.3m/s to observe whether the door leaf can be opened and whether the movement is good, and measure the distance between the edge of the detection blind area and the door. 5.5 Test for 4.4.5
The door under test is in normal working condition. Use a timer to measure the time for the door leaf to move from the fully closed position to the fully open position (or from the fully open position to the fully closed position). Repeat the test for 3 times and take the average value. 5.6 Test for 4.4.Test of 6
Put the door under test in working state, start the control system, make the door leaf fully open and fully closed, and observe whether the door leaf operates smoothly for 3 consecutive times.
5.7 Test of 4.4.7
Put the door leaf in normal working state in closed position, start with a stationary human body standing in the detection area, observe and use a timer to record the time from the human body moving to the door leaf starting. Test 3 consecutive times and take the average value. 5.8 Test of 4.4.8
Use a timer to record the time from the door leaf contacting the person blocking the door to the door automatically stopping closing during the automatic opening and closing process. Test 3 consecutive times and take the average value. 5.9 Test of 4.4.9
Use a timer to record the time from the door leaf opening to the detector signal disappearing to the door leaf starting closing during the automatic opening and closing process, and can adjust it within the specified time range. 5.10 Test for 4.4.10
Under the condition that the ambient noise is not more than 45dB, use a Class A sound level meter to measure the noise of the door in normal working state at a distance of 1m before and after the center of the door and a height of 1.5m. Measure three times in succession and take the average value. 5.11 Test for 4.4.11
After disconnecting the power supply, use a dynamometer to pull the door leaf to make a hook speed rotation in the closed state, the middle state and the fully open state, and measure the door opening torque. Test three times in succession and take the average value. 5.12 Test for 4.4.12
Perform the test according to the test method specified in GB4706.1. 5.13 Test for 4.4.13
