JB/T6488.6—2002 1 Scope Mica tape Polyimide film powder mica tape JB/T6488.6—2002 This part of JB/T6488 specifies the product classification and naming, requirements, test methods, inspection, packaging, marking, storage and transportation of polyimide film powder mica tape (hereinafter referred to as powder mica tape). This part is applicable to powder mica tape with mica paper as the base material, polyimide film on one side or polyimide film and alkali-free glass cloth on both sides as the reinforcement material, and bonded with an adhesive with a temperature index of 155, 180 or 200. 2 Normative references The clauses in the following documents become the clauses of this part through reference in this part of JB/T6488. For dated references, all subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions are not applicable to this part. Inspection, marking, packaging, transportation and storage 6 6.1 Using the same raw materials and process, the continuous production of mica tapes of no more than 1000kg is a batch, and each batch of mica tapes should have the same performance. Products should be inspected before delivery. The inspection items are 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 and 4.4 of this part. 6.2 The inspection before delivery should be carried out by sampling in batches, and 1 disk should be taken from each tube (bag) of no less than 5% of the total packaging tubes (bags) in a batch (if the number is less than 3 tubes (bags), at least 3 disks can be taken from the tubes (bags) of the same batch for inspection. 6.3 The storage period of mica tape is 6 months at room temperature from the date of delivery. 6.4 Others should comply with the provisions of GB/T50202002.
