Some standard content:
National Standard of the People's Republic of China Inspection of grain and oilseedsGB/T5499-85 Methods for determination of purekernel yield of unhulled oilseedsThis standard applies to the inspection of purekernel yield of commercial oilseeds (with shells). Instruments and appliances 1.1Tray balance: sensitivity 0.1g; 1.2Analysis plate; 1.3Surface blood, tweezers, etc. 2Amount of sample Net sample (excluding impurities and kernels): 200g for peanuts, tea seeds, and tung seeds; 20g for sunflower seeds and cotton seeds. 3Shelling Shell peanuts by hand; shell tea seeds and tung seeds after breaking the shell; shell sunflower seeds by pressing with tweezers or by hand; shell cotton seeds by scissors and tweezers. Do not lose kernels when shelling. 4 Operation method Weigh the sample (W) according to the specified amount. After shelling, remove the kernels that have no use value, weigh the total weight of the kernels (W1), and then remove the imperfect kernels according to the regulations and weigh them (W2). 5 Result calculation The total amount of kernels and the pure kernel rate are calculated according to formulas (1) and (2): Wi Total amount of kernels (%)= -×100 W1-W2-2 Pure kernel rate (%)= Total weight of kernels, g; W1- Imperfect kernel weight, g; -net sample weight, g. bzxZ.net × 100 The allowable difference between the two test results shall not exceed 1.0%. The average is the test result. The test result is rounded to the first decimal place. Additional Notes: This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China. This standard was drafted by the Grain Storage and Transportation Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce. The main drafters of this standard were Gao Xiuwu, Yang Haoran, Wu Yanxia, and Lv Guifen. Issued by the National Bureau of Standards on November 2, 1985 Implemented on July 1, 1986 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
