4 Test method
HG2255-91
The standard solutions, preparations and products used in the impurity determination in this test method are prepared according to the provisions of GB602 and GB603 unless otherwise specified. The laboratory water should meet the third-grade water specifications in GB6682. 4.1 Color former COC-1 (CgCI, NO) content The determination of the amount shall be determined according to the provisions of HG/T2414, in which the main content of the standard sample shall not be less than 98%, and the control sample shall be composed of the color former COC-1 and its adjacent chromatographically retained known impurities. 4.2 Solubility test
shall be determined according to the provisions of HG2258. The test solution should be transparent, and trace insoluble matter is allowed. 4.3 Determination of volatile matterbzxz.net

Take 5mL of the above sample solution and place it in a 50mL colorimetric tube, add about 30mg of ammonium persulfate and 5mL of ammonium thiocyanate solution (100g/L), dilute with water to the scale, spread evenly, the color of the sample solution shall not be darker than the standard, the standard is to take 0.01mg of iron (Fe) impurity standard solution and treat it in the same way as the sample at the same time, 4.6 Photographic performance test
The test shall be carried out according to the method agreed by the supply and demand parties. 4.7 Infrared spectrum identification
Put about 1.5mg of the sample in an agate mortar and grind it into 2μm powder, add about 100mg of dried spectrally pure potassium bromide fine powder, grind it thoroughly with an agate mortar, mix it and bake it, press it into a transparent thin sheet on a tablet press, and measure it on an infrared spectrophotometer in the wave number range of 4000~400cm. The obtained infrared spectrum should be consistent with the infrared spectrum of the standard sample. 5 Inspection rules
Sampling and acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB619. 6 Packaging, marking, transportation and purchase and storage
6.1 Packaging
Packing unit 20k: The inner packaging should be a double-layer plastic bag, and the plastic bag should be tied. The outer packaging should be a fiberboard barrel. If special packaging is required, it shall be decided by negotiation between the supply and demand parties.
6.2 Marking
The outer packaging container shall be firmly marked with the product name, standard number, registered trademark, net weight, gross weight, production batch number, photographic chemicals and factory date, manufacturer name and address, and moisture-proof mark. The packaging container shall be accompanied by a quality inspection certificate.6.3 Transportation
Handle with care during transportation, and avoid moisture and heat. Do not damage the packaging. 6.4 Storage
The product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. The storage period is 1 year. After the expiration of the period, it shall be inspected according to the provisions of this standard. If it meets the requirements of this standard, it can continue to be used. 8
