GB/T4108 Determination of particle size composition of magnesium powder and aluminum-magnesium alloy powder Dry sieving method GB/T4374 (all parts) Chemical analysis method of magnesium powder and aluminum-magnesium alloy powder 3 Requirements 3.1 Brand Aluminum-magnesium alloy powder is divided into 5 brands according to particle size requirements: FLM1, FLM2, FLM3, FLM4, FLMH4, and its particle size composition and application examples are shown in Table 1. Screen aperture/μum —315 Particle size composition Mass fraction, not more than/% Application examples Used in fireworks industry, etc. Used in fireworks industry Note: The number of the screen aperture is the basic size of each side of the mesh, that is, the nominal screening particle size of the screen. "Ten" means the material on the screen, and "" means the material under the screen. 3.2 Chemical composition The chemical composition of aluminum-magnesium alloy powder shall conform to the provisions of Table 2. GB/T 5150—2004 50.0±3.0 50.0±3.0 50.0±3.0 50.0±3.0 50.0±4.0 3.3 Appearance quality Chemical composition (mass fraction) Active metal (Al+Mg) Not less than 3.3.1 The aluminum-magnesium alloy powder is silver-grey, and the particles are irregular polyhedrons. Fe Not detected 3.3.2 The aluminum-magnesium alloy powder shall be free of foreign inclusions, and trace powder lumps are allowed. 4 Test method Not tested The particle size composition of aluminum-magnesium alloy powder shall be determined according to the method specified in GB/T4108. 4.1 4.2 The chemical composition of aluminum-magnesium alloy powder shall be determined according to the method specified in GB/T4374. 4.3 The appearance quality of aluminum-magnesium alloy powder shall be inspected by visual method. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 Inspection and acceptance Impurities, not more than 5.1.1 The aluminum-magnesium alloy powder shall be inspected by the supplier's quality inspection department and ensure that it complies with the provisions of this standard. H20 Not tested 5.1.2 The purchaser may inspect the received products according to the provisions of this standard. If the inspection results do not conform to the provisions of this standard or the order contract, the purchaser shall submit the matter to the supplier within three months from the date of receipt of the product, and the supply and demand parties shall negotiate to resolve the issue. If arbitration is required, the supply and demand parties shall jointly take samples at the purchaser's side. 5.1.3 The purchaser may conduct a re-inspection within three months after receiving the product. The re-inspection method shall be in accordance with the acceptance method specified at the time of delivery. 5.2 Batches Aluminum-magnesium alloy powders shall be submitted for acceptance in batches. Each batch shall consist of aluminum-magnesium alloy powders of the same brand, and the batch weight shall not exceed 5000kg. If the purchaser has special requirements for the batch weight, it may be negotiated with the supplier and specified in the contract. 5.3 Inspection Items Each batch of products shall be inspected for particle size composition, chemical composition and appearance quality before leaving the factory. Each metal barrel containing aluminum-magnesium alloy powder shall be inspected for sealing and appearance. For metal barrels with poor sealing, plastic bags shall be lined, the bag mouth shall be tied and the quality of the plastic bags shall be guaranteed. If the purchaser has special requirements, they shall be negotiated and determined by the supply and demand parties and specified in the contract. 5.4 Sampling 5.4.1 For each batch of aluminum-magnesium alloy powder, 10% of the barrels (but not less than 2 barrels) shall be randomly selected for inspection. Samples shall be taken from the upper, middle and lower parts of each barrel using a sampling tool. The samples shall be carefully mixed and reduced to an average sample of not less than 250g using the quartering method. 5.4.2 The average sample shall be divided into two equal parts, one for inspection and analysis, and the other shall be sealed in a tightly sealed container and handed over to the laboratory for sealing for half a year for future reference. 5.5 Determination of inspection results When the inspection results do not meet the requirements of this standard, double the number of barrels shall be taken from the batch for re-inspection of the unqualified items. If the re-inspection results are still unqualified, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified. However, it can be inspected barrel by barrel, and those that meet the requirements shall be delivered. 2 6 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage 6.1 Marking Indicate on each barrel the following with non-fading pigments: a) manufacturer name and trademark; brand name; batch number; d) net weight; number of this standard;www.bzxz.net production date; g) words "flammable" and "moisture-proof". 6.2 Packaging GB/T 5150—2004 Aluminum-magnesium alloy powder is packaged in aluminum barrels or iron barrels. The iron barrels should be lined with plastic bags. After the powder is loaded, the bag mouth should be tied and the packaging should be sealed. The net weight of each barrel shall not exceed 60kg. Aluminum barrels and iron barrels should be strong and sealed. Iron barrels made of black iron sheet should be treated with rust prevention. If the purchaser has special requirements, the supply and demand parties shall negotiate and determine and indicate them in the contract. 6.3 Transportation Aluminum-magnesium alloy powder should be transported by boxcar or container. 6.4 Storage Aluminum-magnesium alloy powder should be stored in a dry warehouse. 6.5 Quality Certificate Each batch of products should be accompanied by a product quality certificate, indicating: a) manufacturer name, address, telephone number, fax; b) product name; brand; d) batch number; number of pieces and net weight; test results and stamp of the supplier's quality supervision and inspection department; g) number of this standard; date of manufacture. Contract content The order form (or contract) for the products listed in this standard shall include the following contents: a) product name; b) brand name; c) net weight; matters required by this standard to be "specified in the contract"; d) number of this standard; f) negotiation results when adding contents beyond this standard.
