Preface
This standard is a revision of JB/T5680-1991 "Small Type Mill". The main modifications of this standard to JB/T5680-1991 are as follows: the index requirements for single-machine automatic feeding grinding mills are added; the markings of grinding mills and grinding mills are modified: - the main parameters of grinding mills are modified (such as grinding length): 1. Deleted the quick axial momentum index proposed by the original standard for sliding bearings; modified the marking method for the coaxiality requirements of the two journals of grinding and bearings: 1. Modified the grinding roller hardness index requirements; the paint coating quality plate is changed from high-quality coating to ordinary coating: the paint film thickness index is added. This standard will replace JB/T5680-1991 from the date of implementation. Appendix A of this standard is an appendix to the standard.

A3 Inspection rules and methods
A3.1 Grinding rollers shall be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer before they can leave the factory, and shall be accompanied by an inspection certificate. A3.2 The working surface hardness of the roller body is measured by taking three points on three lines separated by 120° around the working surface of the undrawn roller body (the three points on the same busbar are located at the center of the roller body and 40mm away from the two end faces). If the hardness of one point is unqualified, it is allowed to re-measure four points around the point, and the average value of the five points is taken as the hardness value of the point (the four re-measured points are located at the four corners of a square with a side length of 40mm centered on the unqualified point.
The hardness of the effective working layer of the body is tested by slicing. Slices are cut at 20mm from both ends of the body, and each slice is measured at four points 90° apart from the circumference of the circle 13mm from the circumference to the center in the radial direction. The minimum value is taken as its hardness value. A3.3 The mass-produced grinding rollers should be subjected to installation performance tests at least twice a year. The test method shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T5681, and the test items and requirements shall comply with the requirements of No. 6 in Table 1 of this standard. A3.4 Order form The manufacturer has the right to conduct random inspections on the milling machines leaving the factory in accordance with the provisions of GBT2828. The sample, batch and AQL value of the random inspection shall be determined by negotiation between the ordering unit and the manufacturer.
·A4 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
A4.1 The milling machines shall be marked with the manufacturer's mark on either end of the milling machine before leaving the factory. A4.2 The milling machines shall be cleaned and rust-proofed before leaving the factory. The packaging materials and packaging methods shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties while ensuring that the products are not damaged.
A4.3 The milling machines must be gently lifted and placed during transportation, and shall not be allowed to roll or collide. A4.4 The milling machines shall be stored in a well-ventilated, dry place, and shall be protected from rain and moisture.4. The grinding mill produced in batches shall undergo performance tests at least twice a year, and the results shall comply with the provisions of 3.4. 5.5 The ability to produce flour per centimeter of grinding in one drawing shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of 4.3.4 in JB/T5681--2000. 3
JB/T5630-2000
5.6 The ordering unit has the right to conduct random inspections of the factory powder separator in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828. The samples, batch sizes and AQL values ??for random inspection are determined by the ordering unit and the manufacturer through negotiation.
