GB 4706. 57—2002/IEC 6D335-2-10:1992IEC Foreword 1) TEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) is a worldwide standardization organization composed of all national electrotechnical committees (IEC National Committees). Its purpose is to promote international cooperation on all standardization issues in the electronic and electrical fields. There are some other additional activities after this, such as issuing IEC international standards. The preparation of international standards for publication is entrusted to technical committees. In this process, any IEC National Committee may participate in the matters of interest. International, governmental and non-governmental organizations also participate in this preparation. IEC and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) work closely together under conditions determined by agreement between the two organizations. 2) IEC formal decisions or agreements on technical matters are made by technical committees in which all national committees with an interest in these subjects participate, so that they can represent and express as faithfully as possible an international consensus on the issues involved. 3) IEC publishes standards, technical reports or guides for international use in a recommended manner and are accepted by national committees. 4) In order to promote international coordination, IEC hopes that national committees will adopt this IEC standard in their national or regional standards where conditions permit. Any differences between the national or regional standards corresponding to IEC standards and this standard should be clearly pointed out at the end. 5) IEC does not provide an approval process for marking its standards, nor is it responsible for proposing that any equipment conforms to the standard. This standard was prepared by IEC Technical Committee 61: "Safety of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances". It constitutes the fourth edition of IEC 60335-2-10 and replaces the third edition and its amendment No. 1. This standard is based on the following documents: 61(CO)742 Voting Report 61(CO)751 Full information on the adoption of this standard can be found in the voting report shown in the table above. This standard is used in conjunction with the latest versions of IEC 60335-1 and its amendments. This standard is based on the third edition of IEC 60335-1. This standard supplements and amends The corresponding clauses of IEC60335-1 have been modified to become the IEC standard: Safety requirements for floor treatment machines and wet scrubbers for household and similar purposes. The clauses of IEC60335-1 not mentioned in this standard may be used as long as they are reasonable. Where marked with "addition" or "replacement" in this standard, the relevant clauses in this standard shall be modified accordingly. Note 1: The following fonts are used for indication: -Requirements: Print. ——-Test procedures: Italics. -Notes, in lowercase print. The cumulative fonts in the text are defined in Chapter 2. Note 2, in 1EC The clauses and figures added to the basic research of 60335-1 are numbered starting from 101. The moving distance is 1 meter. The appliance is installed with hard floor brushes according to the instructions for use. In the past, the positive plate should be prevented from heating up. Forced cooling can be used, but it should be done carefully to ensure that the air flow does not affect the determination of temperature rise. GB 4706. 57-2002/IEC 60335-2-10:1992Wet scrubber operates, the appliance moves back and forth continuously on the wet floor at a rate of 10 cycles/min. The moving distance is 1 meter. The appliance is installed with accessories according to the instructions for use. The carpet cleaning machine runs on the carpet, which is fixed to the bottom of the metal plate, and the plate is filled with water. The water level is about 3mm below the upper surface of the carpet. The carpet is made of nylon fiber and the pile height is about 6mⅡ. The floor scrubber runs on a 25mm thick and 100mm wide untreated smooth pine board, which is fixed to the bottom of the gold chip plate, and the plate is filled with water. The water level is about 1 mm above the upper surface of the board. Appliances with liquid distribution systems operate in accordance with the above requirements, but initially there is no water in the metal tray and its liquid distribution system operates. Upholstery cleaning machines operate continuously, but the rotating brush and similar devices do not contact the decorative surface and any other surface, the suction pipe is placed horizontally and the inlet should not be blocked, and the liquid distribution system operates when the liquid container is empty. 3 General requirements The contents of this chapter in GB 4706.1-1998 are applicable. 4 General conditions for testing The contents of this chapter in GB 4706. 1-1998 are applicable. 5 Empty chapter 6 Classification The contents of this chapter in GB 4706.1-1998 are applicable. 7 Marking and instructions The contents of this chapter in GB4706.1-1998 are applicable except for the following contents. 7.12 This clause adds the following content: The instructions for appliances with rotating brushes shall state that it is dangerous if used on the power cord.
