Table 2 General precision—012 allows for some deviations. After consultation between the supplier and the supplier, the deviations may be provided. The allowable deviations shall be in accordance with the national standards. When a higher degree of tolerance is required, it shall be stated in the contract. 35AG5 is only available for steel bars with a diameter of 2.0 mm or more. 3.4 Shear strength GB/T3196-2001 3.4.1 Treatment of non-reinforced steel bars The shear resistance of calcium alloy bell should meet the requirements of Table 3. Alloy grade. The shear resistance of calcium oxide wire that can be strengthened by treatment shall meet the requirements of Table 4. Alloy grade. Diameter mm. Current strength P is not less than. Shear resistance MPa. Note: Because 2H11 and H11 alloys will change during the shape test, the aging test is used in the design. The shear resistance index is calculated by the following method: 2R215MPa12B12245MPn3.5 Riveting test3.5.1 Riveting wire is tested according to the test performance of the riveting test. Degree - After being roughened by a press or a bracelet, the flat head thickness shall not exceed 1/2 of the wire diameter. The wire is qualified if there is a crack. 3.5.2 The rivet shall be formed into a through shape according to the surface drawing, and the surface shall be flat and smooth. 3.6 External quality 3.61 The surface of the rivet wire shall not have defects such as damage, bruising, peeling, triangular mouth, bubble, crack, metal pressure and corrosion spots. 3.6.2 The surface of the rivet wire shall not have a thickness not exceeding half of the true diameter, and the full roll shall be drawn. For special requirements, such as 2A01, 2B11 alloy materials with a diameter of 5.0mm and 6.0mm for drawing nails, it is allowed to have a draw, but it must be specified in the contract. Surface defects can be inspected and polished, but the minimum diameter of the wire must be guaranteed. 4 Test methods 4.1 The chemical composition of the rivet wire shall be determined in accordance with GB/T6987: 4.2 The shear test of the rivet wire shall be carried out in accordance with GI/T3253. 4.3 The riveting test of the rivet wire shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T6250. 4.3.1 The ratio of the protruding height to the diameter of the sample in the rivet wire riveting test shall comply with the requirements of Table 5.
