4 Technical Requirements

4.1 Combine harvesters shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with product drawings and technical documents approved through prescribed procedures. 4.2 Each manufacturer shall formulate technical conditions and inspection specifications for combine harvesters of specific models in accordance with this standard. 4.3 All self-made parts must pass inspection; outsourced parts and purchased parts must have a certificate of conformity and can only be assembled after passing inspection. 4.4 The structure of the combine harvester should be able to be adjusted accordingly according to the crop and harvesting conditions. 4.5 The combine harvester should be equipped with a light and sound signal system for monitoring the working process of the machine and the extreme working conditions of the main working parts as required.
4.6 The combine harvester should be equipped with lighting equipment that can meet the needs of the operation and meet safety requirements. 4.7 The structure of the self-propelled combine harvester should ensure that it can be operated by one driver and is convenient and comfortable to drive. 4.8 The adjustment, repair and maintenance of the combine harvester should be convenient. 4 .9 The general safety technical requirements of the combine harvester shall comply with the provisions of GB10395.1: Special safety technical requirements shall be specified according to the characteristics of the specific model. Safety signs shall comply with the provisions of GB10396. 4.10 The combine harvester must be equipped with a fire extinguisher, and it shall be installed in a position that is easy to remove. 4.11 The operating symbols of the combine harvester shall be fixed near the corresponding operating device. The operating symbols shall comply with the provisions of GB4269.1~4269.2.
4.12 The matching parts and standard parts of the combine harvester shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards. 4.13 Fasteners shall be treated with surface galvanizing first, and the performance level of fasteners in important parts shall be: bolts shall not be less than grade 8.8, and nuts shall not be less than grade 8.
4.14 The engine and hydraulic system of the combine harvester are not allowed to leak oil, water, or air, and the joint surfaces and sealing surfaces of the cutting table and threshing body and other parts are not allowed to leak grain.
4.15 The painting of the combine harvester shall comply with the provisions of NJ/Z3. 4.16 The engine of the combine harvester shall comply with the provisions of GB1147: the matching tractor shall comply with the provisions of NJ80. 4.17
The engine should start smoothly and stably, and shut down completely and reliably: it should be able to start smoothly when the ambient temperature is not lower than -5℃. The clutches of the combine harvester's travel, threshing, unloading and header should be able to separate completely and engage smoothly. 4.18
The gearbox should be flexible in shifting and reliable in operation, and there should be no disordered gears or gear disengagement. The cleanliness of the gearbox (or transmission box) should not exceed 15mg/kW.
The maximum driving speed of the self-propelled combine harvester should be less than or equal to 20km/h; the maximum driving speed of the traction combine harvester should be less than or equal to 15km/h. 4.20
4.21 The travel brake device and parking brake device should ensure that the combine harvester can stop reliably. 4.22 In the same circuit, the position accuracy of the symmetrical center plane of each sprocket tooth shall not exceed 0.2% of the sprocket center distance. 4.23 In open transmission and cross transmission, the position accuracy of the symmetrical center plane of the pulley groove of the same circuit is: when the center distance is less than 1.2m, it shall not exceed 0.3% of the pulley center distance; when it is greater than or equal to 1.2m, it shall not exceed 0.5%. 4.24 Each adjustment mechanism shall ensure convenient operation, flexible and reliable adjustment. The adjustment range of each component shall be able to reach the specified limit position. 4.25 Each operating mechanism shall be light and flexible, with appropriate tightness. All operating parts that require automatic return shall be able to automatically return to their original positions after the operating force is removed. bZxz.net
4.26 The hydraulic control system and steering system shall be flexible and free of jamming; the oil pipe shall be firmly fixed, and the surface of the oil pipe shall not be allowed to have cracks, scratches, obvious flattening and other defects; the cleanliness of the hydraulic system shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards. 4.27 The digital and signal displayed by the instrument and indicator shall be clear and accurate, and the switch operation shall be reliable. 4.28 The ground clearance of the rigid header shall be consistent, and the difference is allowed to be no more than 15mm. When the header hydraulic lifting mechanism is in working condition, the lifting speed is 0.2~0.4m/s. The static settlement of the header shall not exceed 10mm. 4.29
4.30 The unloading time of the combine harvester using a grain box and an unloading spiral to automatically unload grain shall not exceed 2.5min. 4.31 The threshing roller shall be balanced: the cast continuously variable speed pulley and the pulley with a speed exceeding 400r/min and a weight exceeding 5kg shall be statically balanced, and the balancing accuracy shall not be lower than G6.3 level. 2 Combine harvesters should be provided with various accessories according to the usage characteristics and user requirements, such as wheat harvesters, rice harvesters, 4.32
soybean harvesters, picking platforms, pickers, harvester transport vehicles and stem choppers of different specifications. 4.33 The accessories, spare parts and tools supplied with the product should be complete. 4.34 If the user uses and maintains the combine harvester in accordance with the instruction manual provided by the manufacturer, the manufacturer shall replace or repair it free of charge for the user (except for wearing parts) if the combine harvester is damaged or fails to work normally due to poor manufacturing quality within one harvesting season (but not more than 15 months after leaving the factory) from the date of use. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Each assembled combine harvester must undergo factory tests (factory tests include idling tests, walking tests or bench running tests) to verify the manufacturing and assembly quality of the combine harvester and make necessary adjustments to the working mechanism. The factory test specifications are formulated in accordance with the technical conditions and inspection specifications of the specific model of combine harvesters. 5.2 The assembly quality of each type of combine harvester shall comply with the provisions of this standard and its technical conditions for inspection and acceptance. 5.3 Each combine harvester shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and issued a certificate of conformity before it can leave the factory. 5.4 When the combine harvester has one of the following conditions, it shall be subject to type inspection in accordance with relevant standards: a. Trial type identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; b. After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; c. During normal production, it shall be inspected periodically or after accumulating a certain amount of output; d. When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; e. When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; f. When the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 5 For combine harvesters delivered from the factory, the ordering unit has the right to conduct random inspections on the combined harvesters leaving the factory in accordance with the provisions of this standard. The random inspection rules and judgment methods shall be jointly agreed upon by the ordering unit and the manufacturer. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 Product labels should be fixed on the combine harvester and its accessories. The labels should comply with the provisions of JB8, and their contents include a. Manufacturer name:

6.2 Registered trademarks should be fixed in a conspicuous position on each combine harvester and its accessories. 6.3 Packing marks should be marked in a conspicuous place on each package. The contents of the packaging mark should include the product number, name, item number, quantity, weight, destination, departure station and date.

6.4 The accessories, spare parts, tools and parts that must be removed during transportation of the combine harvester should be kept intact. 6.5 The random documents of the combine harvester include: a. Packing list;

The shipment of combine harvesters shall comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department and ensure that the parts are not damaged under normal transportation conditions.6.6
6.7 The storage of combine harvesters shall comply with the provisions of the relevant material and technical storage regulations. Additional notes:
