Compared with JB/T7936-95, the main technical content changes of this standard are: adding the body and cover series of reducer welded structure with center distance greater than or equal to 160mm. This standard replaces JB/T7936-95 from the date of implementation. Appendix A and Appendix B of this standard are standard appendices. Appendix C and Appendix D of this standard are prompt appendices. This standard is proposed and managed by the Metallurgical Equipment Standardization Technical Committee. The drafting unit of this standard: First Heavy Machinery Group Corporation. The main drafters of this standard: Wen Huisheng, Jing Liuji, Liu Zhen, Liu Xinwei, Fu Wei. This standard was first issued in April 1988. Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Straight Profile Annular Worm Reducer Hindley worm reduction unitsJB/T 7936--1999 Replaces B7936-95 This standard specifies the types and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules, load capacity, selection methods, etc. of straight profile Annular Worm Reducer. This standard is applicable to straight profile Annular Worm Reducer (hereinafter referred to as reducer) used in mechanical equipment such as metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, petroleum, chemical industry, and construction. 2 Referenced Standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. The sliding speed of the intermediate plane indexing circle of the worm shall not exceed 16m/s. 3.2.2 The worm shaft can run in forward and reverse directions. The working environment temperature of the reducer is -40~+40℃. When the working environment temperature is lower than 0C, the lubricating oil must be heated to above 03.2.4 ℃ before starting or use lubricating oil with low freezing point; when it is higher than 40℃, cooling measures must be taken. 3.2.5 The load-bearing capacity and total transmission efficiency of the reducer are shown in Appendix A (Standard Appendix).
