6 Inspection rules
6.1 Finished products shall be batched in a number not exceeding 1000 pieces or the corresponding amount of rubber. 6. The dimensions of the products shall be sampled in accordance with the provisions of Table 1 and Table 2 of this standard, and the number of samples sampled shall not be less than 30% of the production volume. 6.3 From each batch of products, one piece or the corresponding amount of rubber shall be randomly sampled for physical property test, and the items specified in Table 3 of this standard shall be tested item by item. If any item fails in the test, double the sample shall be taken for retest of the item. If one item still fails after the retest, the batch of products shall be considered as unqualified.
6.4 From each batch of products, one piece shall be randomly sampled for pressure test. If it is unqualified, take another one for re-inspection. If it is still unqualified, the batch of products is unqualified.
6.5 Each product should be inspected for appearance quality. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and purchase and storage
7.1 Product marking, packaging and transportation refer to the provisions of GB5721. The air nozzle should be coated with anti-rust oil. 7.2 The storage of products shall comply with the provisions of GB5722.

Appendix A
Pressure test method for rubber pneumatic tire for clutch (supplement)
This method is to fill the rubber pneumatic tire with a specified pressure, and after a certain period of time, the pressure bearing capacity of the rubber pneumatic tire is determined by the sealing and appearance changes of the pneumatic tire.
A1 Test device
Use a Y2-150 hydraulic blasting machine with a maximum pressure of 50MPa; 1 inner and outer clamping rings of the pneumatic tire; 4 fixing screws; 1 water inlet nozzle.
A2 Test conditions
The test should be at room temperature: the test medium is tap water: the test water pressure is 1.5±0.IMPa. A3 Test procedure
Fix the pneumatic tire sample with the inner and outer rings. Put it straight, insert the water inlet nozzle into the air bubble of the sample, seal it well, and do not allow water leakage. Connect the blasting machine with a rubber hose, then turn on the power supply, open the water source to pressurize the blasting machine and let water flow in (see Figure A1), and conduct the test according to the specified requirements. Figure A1 Schematic diagram of pneumatic tire pressure test
1 Fixed screw: 2-pneumatic tire sample: 3-connecting water nozzle: 10-pneumatic tire inner clamping ring, 5-pneumatic tire outer holding force A4 Test result evaluation
A4.1 When the water pressure rises to 1.5±0.IMPa, maintain the pressure for 10mil. During the pressure maintenance period, the pressure drops within 0.05MPa, and the pneumatic tire shape expands uniformly, which is a qualified product. When water seeps out during the rising process from the bottom of the water, or the pneumatic tire expands unevenly, it is an unqualified product. A5 Test report
