5.7.3.1 Stick the tape on the ink printed surface of the sample, and roll it back and forth on the tape roller three times to make the required sample part completely stick, and place the sample with the tape stuck for 5min10min. 5.7.3.2 Clamp one end of the sample on the A disk, and fix the exposed tape on the B disk (see Figure 1). 5.7.3.3 After turning on the machine, the A disk rotates at a speed of 0.6m/s~1.0m/s to peel off the tape. 5.7.3.4 Remove the sample, cover the peeled part with a 20mm wide translucent millimeter grid paper, and count the number of grids occupied by the ink layer and the number of grids occupied by the peeled ink layer respectively.
5.7.4 Test results
The ink layer bonding strength is calculated according to formula (2).
Where:
B. Layer bonding strength;
Number of grids of an ink layer;
A. Number of grids of the ink layer to be peeled off.
6 Test rules
6.1 A group of products of the same variety, specification and production cycle with basically the same production conditions is a batch. (2)
6.2 Sampling inspection is carried out in accordance with the inspection sampling plan of GB/T2828.1. The sample unit of the film is roll, and the sample unit of the bag is piece. The minimum sample quantity per batch is generally not less than 3 rolls for film and not less than 5 pieces for bags. 4
GB/T7707—2008
6.3 Determination of unqualified products: Each product (film or bag) shall be inspected according to the provisions of this standard. If one or more technical indicators do not meet the requirements, the product shall be unqualified. 6.4 Determination of unqualified batches: Each batch of products (film or bag) shall be inspected according to the provisions of this standard. If one or more products are unqualified, double sampling and re-inspection shall be carried out. If there are still one or more products that are unqualified, the batch shall be unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Marking
The product packaging box shall be accompanied by a product inspection certificate, and shall indicate the user unit, product name, variety and specification, quantity (film in meters, bags in pieces), quality, batch number, manufacturer name, production date, inspector code, etc. 7.2 Packaging
Film and bag products should be packed in corrugated boxes lined with plastic film (film plus simple core shockproof pad core) or paper, or packed according to the contract requirements of the supply and demand parties.
7.3 Transportation
During transportation, the products should be loaded and unloaded gently, and collisions and contact with sharp objects should be avoided, and heavy pressure should be avoided. They should be protected from sunlight, rain, and heat. The packaging should be intact and the products should not be contaminated or damaged. 7.4 Storage
The products should be stored in a clean, dry, ventilated warehouse with moderate temperature. They should be kept away from heat sources and should be at least 1m away from the heat sources. They should not be stacked too high to prevent heavy pressure. The storage period of the product is generally no more than 6 months from the date of production. GB/T7707—2008
