This standard is formulated based on the domestic drum flaker from the start to the establishment of a verification test device and the research on the mechanism of drum flack, and the successful development of a series of products. This standard was proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the former Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Chemical Industry Chemical Machinery and Equipment Standardization Technical Committee. This standard was drafted by the Chemical Industry Ministry of Chemical Industry Chemical Machinery Research Institute. This standard specifies the classification and naming, series specifications and basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, storage and transportation of drum flakers.
This standard applies to flakers that pass cooling water through the drum to condense low-melting-point molten materials into solid material films on the drum surface. This standard does not apply to drum dryers that pass saturated steam through the drum to dry thin materials on the drum surface. 2 Referenced Standards

Explosive stainless steel composite steel plates for pressure vessels 3.1.1 The drum flaker is mainly composed of a drum, a material tray with a half-cut pipe jacket, a scraper system, a frame and a machine cover. It is installed horizontally. The structural principle is shown in Figure 1.
3.1.2 The heating medium of the material tray can be saturated steam, hot water or heat transfer oil, and the cooling medium in the drum is water. Approved by the State Administration of Petroleum and Chemical Industry on June 30, 2000 and implemented on May 1, 2001

4 Requirements
4.1 Design
4.1.1 Specifications and basic parameters
4.1.1.1 The drum flaker uses the drum surface area (m2) as the main parameter of the series specifications. The recommended series are: 1.5, 3, 4.5, 8, 9, 22. 4.1.1.2 The basic parameters of the drum flaker shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1 Basic parameters of drum flaker

4.1.2 Machine performance

4.1.2.1 When the drum flaker is working normally, its noise shall not be greater than 85dB(A). 4.1.2.2 The bearing temperature rise of the drum main shaft shall not exceed 40℃. 4.1.2.3 Each set of scrapers shall be adjusted flexibly, and the gap between the blade and the drum surface can be adjusted to 0.2mm. 4.1.2.4 Before the overhaul of the drum flaker, the average trouble-free working time (except the scraper) shall not be less than 7500h. 4.1.3 Parts
4.1.3.1 The wall thickness of the drum shall be specially designed according to different materials and the extrusion force of the scraper on the drum surface. 4.1.3.2 The half-cut pipe jacket is designed according to the pressure of 0.6MPa. After manufacture, it shall be subjected to the water pressure test of 0.75MPa, and there shall be no leakage, sweating, etc. 4.1.3.3 The tooth shape of the gear that drives the drum to operate shall comply with the reference tooth shape specified in GB/T1356. 4.2 Manufacturing
4.2.1 In addition to complying with the provisions of this standard, the manufacturing of the drum flaker shall also comply with the provisions of the product drawings and technical documents approved through the prescribed procedures.
4.2.2 Materials
4.2.2.1 The main materials used to manufacture the drum flaker shall have a quality certificate from the material manufacturer. 4.2.2.2 The drum material shall comply with the provisions of GB/T3274, GB/T4237 or GB6654. 4.2.2.3 The material of the tray and the half-cut pipe jacket shall comply with the provisions of GB/T8163 or CB/T14976 and GB/T3274, GB/T4237, GB6654, CB/T8165 or JB4733.
4.2.2.4 The material of the shaft head forgings at both ends of the drum shall comply with the provisions of JB4385. 4.2.2.5 The gear material shall comply with the provisions of GB/T699, JB4385 or CB/T5676. 4.2.2.6 All supporting purchased parts shall comply with the provisions of the corresponding product standards and shall have product certificates. 4.2.3 Processing
4.2.3.1 There shall be no harmful defects such as cracks, interlayers, folds, etc. on the surface of the forgings. When the above defects exist on the machined surface, they can be used if they can be completely removed after processing.
4.2.3.2 Castings should not have shrinkage cavities, cracks, sand holes, non-metallic debris and looseness that affect strength and tightness. 4.2.3.3 Castings should be processed after aging treatment. 4.2.3.4 The weld groove type and size of the longitudinal welded joints of the drum shell and the circumferential welded joints between the shells should comply with the provisions of CB/T985 or GB/T986. There should be no cracks, delamination, inclusions and other defects on the groove surface. 4.2.3.5 The length of the drum shell should not be less than 300mm. When welding, the outer arc length between the center lines of the longitudinal welded joints of adjacent shells should not be less than 100mm
4.2.3.6 After the drum shell is welded, the longitudinal and circumferential welded joints should be subjected to X-ray inspection of not less than 20% of the weld length, and the level III is qualified. 4.2.3.7 After the drum end plate and the shaft head are welded, the fillet weld joints shall be 100% penetrated and qualified to Grade I. 4.2.3.8 After the drum is welded, a water pressure test with a pressure of 0.1MPa shall be carried out. No leakage or sweating is allowed. 4.2.3.9 After the drum is welded, the outer surface shall be machined as a whole. The surface roughness Ra value of the drum shall not be greater than 1.6um; the radial runout value of the drum surface shall not be greater than 0.2mm
The welded joints of the half-cut pipe jacket shall be 100% penetrated and qualified to Grade I. 4.2.3.10
4.2.3.11 The water pressure test of the half-section pipe jacket shall comply with the provisions of 4.1.3.2. 4.2.3.12 After the gear is finely processed, the accuracy level of the tolerance groups I, II and III shall comply with the 8-level accuracy requirements in GB/T10095. 3 The surface roughness Ra value of the gear working surface shall not be greater than 1.6μm; the surface roughness Ra value of the top ring shall not be greater than 3.2um. 4.2.3.13
4.2.4 Assembly
All parts can be assembled only after passing the inspection. 4.2.4.1
4.2.4.2 Each group of scrapers should be adjusted flexibly, and the gap between the blade and the drum surface should be adjustable. 4.2.4.3 A protective cover should be installed on the outside of the gear transmission part. 4.2.4.4 The electrical system should be equipped with a protective grounding terminal with obvious signs. 4.2.4.5 The live parts of the electrical system should not be exposed. 4.2.4.6 For drum flakers with explosion-proof requirements, the electrical device shall comply with the explosion-proof grade of the category and level of the explosive hazardous place, and the electrical performance shall comply with the relevant provisions of CB3836.1. 3

4.2.4.7 The insulation resistance between the conductive part of the electrical system and the drum flaker body shall be greater than 1MQ. The resistance between the grounding terminal and the metal casing of the electrical equipment and the drum flaker body shall not be greater than 0.12.4.2.5 Painting
The painting of the relevant parts of the drum flaker shall comply with the requirements of the drawings, and the paint film shall be uniform, flat, smooth and firm, without obvious tear marks, and the surface shall be free of defects such as cracking, wrinkles, spots and sticky impurities. 5 Tests and test methods
5.1 Nondestructive testing
X-ray testing and penetration testing methods and defect assessment shall comply with the provisions of JB4730, and shall comply with the provisions of 4.2.3.6, 4.2.3.7 and 4.2.3.10 respectively.
5.2 Water pressure test
5.2.1 The water pressure test uses clean water at room temperature as the test medium. 5.2.2 The drum water pressure test can be carried out after the drum flaker is assembled, or it can be carried out separately. 5.2.3 During the drum water pressure test, the pressure should be slowly increased to the test pressure. The drum pressure holding time shall not be less than 30 minutes, which shall comply with the provisions of 4.2.3.8.
5.2.4 During the water pressure test of the half-cut pipe jacket, the pressure shall be slowly increased to the test pressure by a pressure test pump. The pressure holding time of the half-cut pipe jacket shall not be less than 20 minutes, which shall comply with the provisions of 4.1.3.2.
5.3 Whole machine test
5.3.1 The whole machine test of the drum flaker is divided into no-load test and load test. 5.3.2 The drum flaker should be tested with no-load before leaving the factory and after installation by the user. The test time should be no less than 2 hours, and the number of starts and stops should be no less than 5 times. It should meet the following requirements:
a) The motor, reducer, transmission gear and drum should all run smoothly without abnormal noise; b) The rotation direction of the drum should be consistent with the requirements of the product drawing; c) The adjustment of each group of scrapers should meet the requirements of 4.1.2.3; d) All fasteners and connectors should be reliable and not loose; e) The electrical system should meet the requirements of 4.2.4.4~4.2.4.7. 5.3.3 The load test shall be conducted after the empty load test is passed at the user's site. The test time shall not be less than 2 hours. In addition to complying with the provisions of a) to e) in 5.3.2, it shall also comply with the provisions of 4.1.2.1 and 4.1.2.2. 5.4 Noise test
During the load test, the noise measurement point shall be 1m away from the drum flaker and 1m above the ground. The measured noise shall exclude background noise and reflected sound and shall comply with the provisions of 4.1.2.1.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Each drum flaker shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department before it can leave the factory, and shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity and an instruction manual. 6.2 The inspection of the drum flaker is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2.1 Factory inspection
6.2.1.1 The factory inspection items and requirements shall comply with the provisions of 4.2 and 5.1 to 5.3.2. 6.2.1.2 Factory inspection shall be conducted on each unit.
6.2.2 Type inspection
6.2.2.1 The items and requirements of type inspection shall comply with the provisions of 4.1, 4.2, 5.1~5.4. 6.2.2.2 Type inspection shall be conducted on at least one unit randomly selected from the qualified products in factory inspection. 6.2.2.3 Type inspection shall be conducted in any of the following cases: a) During product trial production, finalization and appraisal;
b) When there are major changes in design, materials and processes; c) When production is resumed after 12 months of suspension; d) When the normal production time reaches 36 months;

e) When there is a major difference between the factory inspection result and the last type inspection result; f) When the national quality and technical supervision agency puts forward the type inspection requirement. 6.3 Inspection rules and judgment
6.3.1 Each drum flaker shall be inspected according to the provisions of 6.2.1. If any of the inspection data does not meet the requirements, the drum flaker shall be judged as unqualified for factory inspection.
6.3.2 Type inspection shall be judged as qualified if it meets the requirements of 6.2.2. If any of the data does not meet the requirements, the type inspection shall be judged as unqualified.
7 Marking, packaging, storage and transportation
7.1 Marking
Each product shall be labeled in a conspicuous position. The product label shall include the following contents: a) Product name and model;bzxZ.net
b) Rotation speed, r/min;
c) Drum area, m;
d) Design pressure of the material tray, MPa;
e) Motor rated power, kW, rotation speed, r/min;
f) Net weight, kg;
g) Production date, product number;
h) Manufacturer's name.
7.2 Packaging
7.2.1 Packaging shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13384. 7.2.2 Products can be packaged in parts or as a whole. 7.2.3 The flanges of each pipe opening of the drum flake machine shall be blocked to prevent foreign matter from entering. The blocking parts shall be resistant to wind and rain erosion. 7.2.4 The accompanying documents shall include the following information: a) Packing list;
b) Product certificate and quality certificate;
c) Product instruction manual;
d) Installation drawing.
7.2.4.1 The product certificate shall be stamped with the inspection stamp of the manufacturer and include the following contents: a) Manufacturer name and date of manufacture;
b) Product name and model;
c) Product number;
d) Inspector.
7.2.4.2 The quality certificate shall include the following contents: a) Technical parameters;
b) Chemical composition and mechanical properties of the materials of the main parts; c) Water pressure test and non-destructive test results.
7.3 Storage and transportation
7.3.1 The drum flaker shall be stored in a clean, dry, ventilated warehouse without corrosive media; protective measures shall be taken when stored outdoors. 7.3.2 After the gap between the blade of each set of scrapers and the drum surface is adjusted to 3~4mm, the hand wheel should be locked to avoid scratching the drum surface during transportation. 7.3.3 During transportation, measures should be taken to prevent vibration or collision from causing damage to the product or packaging box. 5

5.3 Whole machine test

6 Inspection rules

6.2.2.1 The items and requirements of the type inspection should comply with the provisions of 4.1, 4.2 and 5.1 to 5.4. 6.2.2.2 Type inspection shall be conducted on at least one product that has passed the factory inspection at random. 6.2.2.3 Type inspection shall be conducted in any of the following cases: a) During product trial production, finalization and appraisal;
b) When there are major changes in design, materials and processes; c) When production is resumed after a twelve-month suspension; d) When the normal production time reaches 36 months;

e) When there is a major difference between the factory inspection result and the last type inspection result; f) When the national quality and technical supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 6.3 Inspection rule judgment
6.3.1 Each drum flaker shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of 6.2.1. If any of the inspection data does not meet the requirements, the drum flaker shall be judged as unqualified for the factory inspection.
6.3.2 Type inspection is considered qualified when it meets the requirements of 6.2.2. If any item does not meet the requirements, it is considered unqualified.
7 Marking, packaging, storage and transportation
7.1 Marking
Each product shall be fixed with a product label in a conspicuous position. The product label shall include the following contents: a) Product name and model;
b) Rotation speed, r/min;
c) Drum area, m;
d) Material tray design pressure, MPa;
e) Motor rated power, kW, rotation speed, r/min;
g) Production date, product number;
h) Manufacturer name.
7.2 Packaging
7.2.1 Packaging shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13384. 7.2.2 The product can be packaged in parts or as a whole. 7.2.3 The flanges of each pipe opening of the drum flaker should be sealed to prevent foreign matter from entering, and the sealing parts should be resistant to wind and rain erosion. 7.2.4 The accompanying documents should include the following information: a) Packing list; b) Product certificate and quality certificate; c) Product instruction manual; d) Installation drawing. 7.2.4.1 The product certificate should be stamped with the inspection stamp of the manufacturing unit and include the following contents: a) Manufacturer name and date of manufacture; b) Product name and model; c) Product number; d) Inspector. 7.2.4.2 The quality certificate should include the following contents: a) Technical parameters; b) Chemical composition and mechanical properties of the materials of the main components; c) Hydrostatic test and non-destructive testing results.
7.3 Storage and Transportation
7.3.1 The drum flaker should be stored in a clean, dry, ventilated warehouse without corrosive media; protective measures should be taken when stored outdoors. 7.3.2 After the gap between the blade of each group of scrapers and the drum surface is adjusted to 3~4mm, the hand wheel should be locked to avoid scratching the drum surface during transportation. 7.3.3 During the transportation of the drum flaker, measures should be taken to prevent vibration or collision from causing damage to the product or packaging box. 5

6.3.2 Type inspection is considered qualified when it meets the requirements of 6.2.2. If any item does not meet the requirements, it is considered unqualified.
7 Marking, packaging, storage and transportation
7.1 Marking
Each product shall be fixed with a product label in a conspicuous position. The product label shall include the following contents: a) Product name and model;
b) Rotation speed, r/min;
c) Drum area, m;
d) Material tray design pressure, MPa;
e) Motor rated power, kW, rotation speed, r/min;
g) Production date, product number;
h) Manufacturer name.
7.2 Packaging
7.2.1 Packaging shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13384. 7.2.2 The product can be packaged in parts or as a whole. 7.2.3 The flanges of each pipe opening of the drum flaker should be sealed to prevent foreign matter from entering, and the sealing parts should be resistant to wind and rain erosion. 7.2.4 The accompanying documents should include the following information: a) Packing list; b) Product certificate and quality certificate; c) Product instruction manual; d) Installation drawing. 7.2.4.1 The product certificate should be stamped with the inspection stamp of the manufacturing unit and include the following contents: a) Manufacturer name and date of manufacture; b) Product name and model; c) Product number; d) Inspector. 7.2.4.2 The quality certificate should include the following contents: a) Technical parameters; b) Chemical composition and mechanical properties of the materials of the main components; c) Hydrostatic test and non-destructive testing results.
7.3 Storage and Transportation
7.3.1 The drum flaker should be stored in a clean, dry, ventilated warehouse without corrosive media; protective measures should be taken when stored outdoors. 7.3.2 After the gap between the blade of each group of scrapers and the drum surface is adjusted to 3~4mm, the hand wheel should be locked to avoid scratching the drum surface during transportation. 7.3.3 During the transportation of the drum flaker, measures should be taken to prevent vibration or collision from causing damage to the product or packaging box. 5

6 Inspection rules
6.1 Each drum flaker shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department before it can leave the factory, and shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity and an instruction manual. 6.2 The inspection of the drum flaker is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2.1 Factory inspection
6.2.1.1 The factory inspection items and requirements shall comply with the provisions of 4.2 and 5.1 to 5.3.2. 6.2.1.2 Factory inspection shall be carried out one by one.
6.2.2 Type inspection
6.2.2.1 The items and requirements of type inspection shall comply with the provisions of 4.1, 4.2, 5.1~5.4. 6.2.2.2 Type inspection shall be carried out by randomly selecting at least one product from the qualified products in the factory inspection. 6.2.2.3 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following circumstances: a) During product trial production, finalization and appraisal;
b) When there are major changes in design, materials and processes; c) When production is resumed after twelve months of suspension; d) When the normal production time reaches 36 months;

e) When there is a major difference between the factory inspection result and the previous type inspection result; f) When the national quality and technical supervision agency puts forward the type inspection requirement. 6.3 Inspection rules and judgment
6.3.1 Each drum flaker shall be inspected according to the provisions of 6.2.1. If any of the inspection data does not meet the requirements, the drum flaker shall be judged as unqualified for factory inspection.
6.3.2 Type inspection shall be judged as qualified if it meets the requirements of 6.2.2. If any of the data does not meet the requirements, the type inspection shall be judged as unqualified.
