[SC/T 5001--1995, definition chapter 27 3.2 Normal weight (G,) conditioned weight The weight of fiber materials and their products converted according to the official moisture regain. [SC/T5001-1995, definition chapter 28] 3.3 Official moisture regain (W,) Convention moisture regain is the moisture regain specified for fiber materials and their products for trade and inspection requirements (--generally formulated with reference to the standard moisture regain). [SC/T 5001.. 1993, definition 20.2-3.4 Actual moisture regain (W) actual regain The moisture regain actually measured under certain temperature and humidity conditions. GB/T 19599.1—2004 Test methods 6. 1 Measured weight of mesh (G.) 6.1.1 When measuring the weight of the mesh, the overflow and humidity at that time must be recorded. 6.1.2 Weigh each piece of mesh once with a metric scale, in dry grams, accurate to three significant figures. 6.2 Mesh weight (G,) 6.2.1 Determine the measured moisture regain of the mesh according to Appendix A. 6,2.2 The mesh weight is calculated according to formula (1), accurate to three significant figures. 100 -W. Determination of GB/T 19599.1—2004 After the actual weight of each sample is measured, a sample of about 50 grams is cut from the central part of the folded or rolled sample: Under the conditions agreed by both the supply and demand parties, the sample can be prepared according to the method specified in Appendix B. A, 3 Test steps A.3.1 The oven hygrometer is preheated to a drying temperature of 105℃±5℃. A.3.2 After the sample is cut, its mass is weighed quickly. A.3.3 After the sample is placed in the preheated oven hygrometer, the timing begins. After drying for 1 hour, the weighing begins. Thereafter, the sample is weighed every 0.51, and the difference in mass between the two consecutive weighings does not exceed 0.1% of the mass of the latter one. The last amount is the dry medium 3gA.3.4 The sample mass is weighed accurately to 0.01%. A, annual test results and discussion The measured moisture regain of the mesh is calculated according to formula (A.1), and the arithmetic mean of three times is taken, accurate to two decimal places. Tnig GB/T 19599.1—2004 (Informative engraving) Preparation of the sample for measured moisture regain Take about 50g of the fishing net line with the same material and specifications as the mesh sample or the sample with the same specifications as the sample made by shrinking the fishing net line, and put it into the central part of the folded or rolled sample. After 24 hours, it will be! Naturally, the mesh sample with actual moisture regain is obtained. Note: After the sample prepared according to the above method is taken out from the mesh sample, the actual weight of the sample and the moisture regain of the prepared sample should be measured according to 6.1.
