5.6 Non-stick coating
5.6.1 External coating

6.3 Non-stick Coating Degradation Test
6.3.1 Place the test piece into boiling water and boil for 15m (time after water entry): Cool to room temperature and then take it out to dry
6.3 Use a single-sided blade and a steel ruler or a template to scratch parallel scratches of 2.4mm and 38m on the coating. Repeat the above steps five times (100 grids) perpendicular to the scratches. The tip of the knife must penetrate the metal.
3.3 Use a single-sided non-stick adhesive tape (3M-9) to adhere to the scratched area, and place the tape parallel to the scratch line. Rub the tape with your fingers to drive out the air at the adhesive joint and raise it to the joint. 6.3.4 Use three fingers to lower the tape and move it vertically upwards at a speed of 0\: repeat once, using a new tape each time.

6.4.2 Use a 90° universal scraper to scrape the coating to the substrate to produce an incision of 1.5m~3m long and 30mz5m. Then use a human finger to make a straight cut from the incision to record the distance between the coating and the surface. 6.4.3 Use a universal hood to measure the distance between the coating and the substrate. 6.5 Non-in-situ pressure resistance test
6.5.1 Connect the pneumatic pen to the compressed air duct (see Figure 5), and make the indicated value of the dial reach 0.09 MPa: 6.5.2, use the pneumatic pen to lift it, and then press it down so that the two guide wheels touch the same surface. While keeping the weight vertical, use the pneumatic pen to scratch a scratch of about 40mm~50mm. 6.5.3 Use a gauge to check the scratch. The length of the product not removed should be 10% longer. 5.4 Before each test, check whether the ballpoint pen can rotate flexibly. 6.8.1 Use a soft cloth with vegetable oil to gently touch the non-stick coating surface of the test control: clean it with filtered water, such as detergent, and then rinse it with cold water for half a month.
6.6.2 Place the sample on an electric heating plate with a rated voltage of 220V and an output power of 100W (heat it with a temperature tester with an accuracy of not less than 2.5 levels. When the temperature is between 140 and 70°C, put a new chicken into the pot. Do not use cooking oil or other fats. The temperature shall not exceed 210°C.)

Make the liquid reach 2 or above in the pot, put it on the pot, and heat it on high heat. Keep it boiling for 1 h. Boil the sand towel and add high-ion water or steam water to keep the concentration constant. Remove the heat source: After placing it at room temperature for 24 hours, wash it with rice water, and gently dry the surface of the coating with a soft cloth, and immediately conduct a visual inspection. Repeat the above steps and conduct two times:

6.14 Determination of silicon content of continuous film and individual adhesive external layer shall be carried out according to Method B of Chapter 4 of G/T673, and the sample shall be used as the whole plate. 6.15 Heat and cold stability test of paint film and non-salt permeation layer: Place the sample in a constant temperature box and heat it to (170 ± 5)\C, keep it warm for 5 minutes, and then put it into room temperature water to cool for 1 minute. 7.1 Products must pass factory inspection before they can be delivered to the factory. Production inspection is divided into two types: inspection and type inspection. 7.3 Production inspection is in accordance with GB/T2828, and special inspection level S-3 and normal inspection are adopted. 7.3.1 The items of factory inspection are classified and not qualified. The qualified quality level is shown in Table 5. 7.3.2 For the qualified batch, the unqualified products detected should be combined into a batch before delivery. If it is a batch that does not meet the quality standards: it should be returned to the delivery party, and it can be inspected again after sorting. The inspection batch can only be inspected for unqualified items. 7.4 Type inspection is in accordance with GB/T2829, and the discrimination level is adopted, and the one-time sampling plan is adopted. 7.4.1 Type inspection shall be generally carried out in the following cases: 9
