3.1 Notation
In the seven-digit code, the seven bit groups are identified by br, bsbs, b4, b3, bz and b:, where b? is The highest bit, bi is the lowest bit; in the octet code, the bits of the octet are identified by bab7, b, bs, b4, bs.bz and b., where b: is the highest bit and b, is the lowest bit. In binary notation, the following weights are used to weight each bit. The seven-bit group can be interpreted as representing an integer in the range of 0 to 127, and the octet can be interpreted as representing an integer in the range of 0 to 255. Bits of the seven-bit group

In this standard, the seven-bit group is represented by X/\ Notation in the form of XX/YY, where Number within the range of 15. The corresponding relationship between the notation in the form of X/Y (XX/YY) and the bit group composed of br to b (b to bt) bits is as follows: a, X is the number represented by b, +be and bs, XX are the numbers represented by bg, br, b and bs, and the weights given to bab?, be and bs are 8, 4.2 and 1 respectively.
h. The sum is the number represented by the sum of b4, b3.2, and the weights of bab and b are 8, 4.2 and 1 respectively. Approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on 1989-12-29 and implemented on 1990-07-01

3.2 code table
3.2.1 seven-digit code table
GB12050—89
This standard specifies two seven-bit coded graphic character sets. The basic set specifies 70 graphic characters and their seven-digit coded representations, and the auxiliary set specifies 72 graphic symbols and their seven-digit coded representations. The location of the code table is expressed in X/Y notation, where X is the column number and Y is the row number. There is a one-to-one correspondence between the position of the code table and the bit group of the code. The code tables of the basic set and auxiliary set of the seven-bit coded graphic character set specified in this standard are shown in Table 1 and Table 2.

The bit group corresponding to the title does not represent graphic characters, and its usage is not within the scope of this standard and is specified by other standards. The slashed positions in the table correspond to unused bit groups, which are reserved for future standardization. 3.2.2 Eight-bit code table
The eight-bit coded graphic character set of this standard specifies the eight-bit coded representation of 142 graphic characters, including 95 graphic characters in GB1988; 32 Uyghur letters; and other graphics 15 symbols. The eight-digit code table consists of 256 positions arranged in 16 columns and 16 rows, which are numbered from 00 to 15. The location of the code table is represented by notation in the form XX/Y, where XX is the column number and YY is the row number. There is a one-to-one correspondence between the position of the code table and the bit group of the code. The notation method of the code table position expressed in the form of XX/YY is the same as the notation method of the corresponding bit group. The eight-bit coding pattern specified in this standard The code table of the character set is shown in Table 3. halh:

Table 3 Uyghur eight-bit coded graphic character set for information processing and exchange m
The bit groups corresponding to the positions of the shaded parts in the table do not represent graphic characters , its usage does not fall within the scope of this standard and is specified by other standards. The positions marked with slashes in the table correspond to unused positions, which are reserved for future standardized use. 4 Description of the character set
All graphic characters specified in this standard are enter characters. 4.1 Uyghur seven-bit coded graphic character set The names of graphic characters in the basic set and auxiliary set and their positions in the code table are shown in Table 4 and Table 5 respectively.
4.2 The 95 graphic characters encoded as 02/00~07/14 in the Uyghur eight-bit coded graphic character set are the graphic characters in GB1988 without any changes. Their names and their positions in the code table Consistent with GB1988. The names of the 47 Uyghur graphic characters in positions 10/00~~15/15 and their positions in the code table are shown in Table 6. GB12050-89

Conversion between Uyghur seven-digit encoding and double seven-digit encoding (reference document)||tt| |The seven-digit code specified in this standard can be converted into a double seven-digit code. Each graphic character is represented by two bytes in dual seven-bit encoding. The high-order byte at the front is the first byte, and the low-order byte at the back is the second byte. The first byte represents the area code, and the second byte represents the location number. The area code of the basic Uyghur seven-digit code set is defined as 18 (decimal), and the area code of the auxiliary set is defined as 19. The bit numbers correspond to the basic set and the auxiliary set of the Uyghur seven-digit code respectively. The corresponding relationship is: column number/row number 2/1~7/14
bit
number 1~94
