JB/T 10244-2001 4.3 The shear capacity and selection of the reducer shall be carried out in accordance with Appendix A (standard record) 4. 4 The tooth module shall comply with the provisions of GRT 1357. 4.5 The basic gear ratio shall comply with the provisions of GB/T1356. 5 Technical requirements 5.1 General technical requirements 5.1.1 The reducer shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the samples and documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.1.2 Reduction efficiency a) Single stage not less than 0.96; b) Double stage less than 0.95, c Three stage less than 0.93 5.1.3 High speed shaft speed not more than 1000rmm, 5.1.4 The working environment temperature of the reduction gear is -40~+45℃. When it is lower than 8℃, a heating device needs to be added. When it is lower than 35℃, a cooling device needs to be added. 5.t.5 The reduction gear is suitable for forward and reverse operation. 5.1.6 When the reducer is in negative operation, the temperature rise of the lubricating oil in the box shall not be higher than 35%, and the bearing shock rise shall not be higher than 40℃. 5.1.7 The noise of the reducer under load operation should not exceed 85dB (A), and the one-way amplitude should not exceed 0.02mm5.1.B Before the reducer is put into use, it must be operated without load after stopping for more than 4 hours. It can be put into use only after confirming that the noise, vibration and lubrication are normal. 5.2 Manufacturing technical requirements for main parts 5.Z1 Machine body, machine 5.2. 1.1 The machine body material shall not be lower than the HT200 performance requirements specified in GB/T439. 5.2.1.2 The machine cover material of the reducer with a stage center distance less than or equal to 600mm shall not be lower than the HT200 performance requirements specified in GB/9439. The reducer with a final stage center distance greater than mm shall not have oil on the chain. 5.2.1.3 The machine body and the head shall be treated with aging after roughening. 5.2.1.4 After the machine body and cover are assembled, they shall be flush with the allowable error: 12.0mm For reducers with a center distance of less than 1000mm: - For reducers with a center distance of 100~200mm: ±4.0mm - For reducers with a center distance greater than 2000mm: 5.2.1.5 After the machine body, cover and bearing are assembled, use a 0.05mm feeler gauge to check the tightness of the contact parts. The depth of the feeler gauge shall not exceed one-third of the width of the part surface. 5.1.1.6 The tolerance of each bearing hole is H7, and the representative roughness is Ru/3.2ml. 5.1.1.7 The limit deviation of the center distance of the bearing hole shall comply with the provisions of the 7th grade precision in GB/T10095. 5.2.1.8 The parallel tolerance of the center line of the bearing hole shall be calculated on the bearing span L.
