Introduction to standards:

This standard specifies the type, size and technical requirements of five series of roller motor reducers: YZD, YGL, YZL, YGX and YZX. This standard is mainly applicable to single insecticide drive transport rollers of rolling mills (transmission ratio i ≤ 12.5) and continuous casting machines (i ≥ 2). Its load characteristics are frequent starts, starting with load, and running in both forward and reverse directions. It can also be used for other mechanical transmissions with similar or lighter loads. The working environment temperature is -40~50℃; when it is lower than 0℃, preheating should be done before starting; when it is higher than 40℃, cooling measures should be taken. 5.2 Gears, shaft gears and shafts
5.2.1 External gears and shaft gears are made of forgings, and the material is 20CcrMnMo or 20CrMnTi. The tooth part is magnetized and quenched. The depth of the effective hardened layer on the tooth surface of T is (0.12~~0.20)n, (m is the gear module), and there must be no cracks. The internal gears and floating gear sleeves are made of forgings. The material is 42CrMo or 40Cr. Quenched and tempered. The mechanical properties of the material are shown in Table 6. 5.3.1 material is The mechanical properties of QT600-3 should not be lower than the specified value of JB/ZQ4302. Materials with equivalent or higher mechanical properties are allowed, and the heat treatment hardness is 190~~270HB 5.3.2. 5.4.3 Tooth surface contact spots (contact rate) shall not be less than 50% by height and not less than 80% by length . The area for shape modification and edge repair does not include the human contact area. It is allowed to inspect contact spots under rated load. 5.4.4 The unprocessed inner surfaces of the machine body and other parts are painted with cream-colored oil-resistant paint, and the outer surfaces are spray-painted. 5.4.5 The cleanliness of the inner cavity of the reducer should not be lower than level E of the general reducer evaluation parameters specified in GB11368. Inspection methods should comply with the relevant provisions of this standard.
5.5 Reducer Lubrication
5.5.1 Reducer Gear Lubrication and Cooling
5.5.1.1YZI) series are lubricated with calcium-based grease. YGI., YZL, YGX, and YZX series generally use medium extreme pressure gear oil N220 or NV320 for diffuse oil lubrication. The oil immersion depth is 2~~2.5 tooth heights at the top of the high-speed large gear or the internal ring gear of the planetary transmission. For occasions where the ambient temperature is high, circulating oil lubrication can also be used, with oil entering through the ventilation cover and oil returning through the oil drain hole. 5.5.1.2 New reducers that use oil pool flood oil lubrication must be replaced with new oil after 15 to 20 days of operation; under normal circumstances, the oil should be changed once every 5 to 6 months.
5.5.2 The lubrication method of reducer bearings is the same as the lubrication of lubricating oil and gears. 5.5.3 The reducer gear lubricating oil must not penetrate into the motor. 5.6 Testing and Acceptance

Only the roller motor reducer that meets this standard can be accepted. Items that must be inspected during acceptance: gear tooth surface hardness;

Coat the outer surface of the shaft extension and key with anti-rust grease, and wrap the binding hole tightly with plastic film. 5.7.1
5.7.2 Apply lubricating grease to the gears, shafts, planet carriers and bearings in the body. 5.7.3 Packaging and transportation should comply with the regulations of JB2759 and GB191. Moisture-proof and waterproof measures must be taken for the motor. 5.7.4 Random documents such as instructions, certificates of conformity, packing lists, etc. should be sealed in plastic bags and placed in the packaging box: 110
