Some standard content:
ICS 79. 060. 20 National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB/T 4897. 4---2003 Partially replaced by GB/T4897--1992 Particleboard Part 4 : Requirements for load-bearing boardsfor use in dry conditions Promulgated on 2003-01-27 General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China Implementation on 2003-05-01 GB/T 4897.4--2003 GB/T4897 particleboard is divided into seven parts: Part 1: consensus requirements for all types of particleboards: Part 2: Requirements for ordinary boards used in a dry state; Part 3: Requirements for furniture and interior decoration boards used in a dry state; Part 4: Requirements for structural boards used in a dry state; Part 5: Requirements for structural boards used in a damp state; Part 6: Requirements for reinforced structural boards used in a dry state; Part 7: Requirements for reinforced structural boards used in a damp state. This part is the fourth part of B/T4897 particleboard. This part is not equivalent to the European standard EN312-4:1997 "Particleboard Part 4: Requirements for structural boards used in a dry state". The physical and chemical performance indicators are the same as FN312-4 except for the increase in surface bonding strength and screw holding force requirements. The size change detection items have been listed in this part. This part replaces the corresponding part of GB/T4897-2003 Particleboard. Compared with the previous version (G/T4897-1992), GB/T4897-2003 Particleboard has the important technical change of dividing the original standard into seven parts, among which the requirements for structural boards used in wet conditions and the requirements for reinforced structural boards used in wet conditions are new contents. This part corresponds to the Class B technical requirements in the original standard. This part is proposed by the State Forestry Administration. This part is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Wood-Based Panels. The responsible drafting unit of this part is the Institute of Wood Industry of the Chinese Academy of Forestry. The participating drafting units of this part are Beijing Timber Factory and Cyber Board Industry Group. The main drafters of this part are Chen Shiying, Long Ling, Zheng Lanshan and Zhang Zhanhao. This part was first issued in February 1985 and revised for the first time in August 1992. This is the second revision. This part is entrusted to the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Wood-Based Panels for interpretation. 1 Scope GB/T 4897.4—2003 Particleboard Part 4: Requirements for structural boards used in dry conditions This part of GB/T 4897 specifies the technical requirements, statistical calculation and determination methods, measurement and test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, and marking of structural boards used in dry conditions. This part applies to particleboards defined in 3.4 of GB/T 1897.1-…-20034. This part does not apply to oriented strand board (OSR). 2 Normative references The clauses in the following documents become the clauses of this part through reference in this part of GB/T 4897. For dated references, all subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions are not applicable to this part. However, parties to an agreement based on this part are encouraged to study whether the latest versions of these documents can be used. For undated references, the latest versions apply to this part.
