GB/T17302 Message of import and export license of the People's Republic of China" is divided into two parts: Part 1: Import license message: Part 2: Export license message. This part is Part 1 of GB/T17302. This part replaces GB/T17302.1—1998. Compared with GB/T17302.1-1998, the main changes of this part are as follows: the preface has been updated;
the introduction part has been added;
- the latest national standards have been cited in the chapter on normative references; - the 1.2 principles in the previous version of the standard have been deleted; GB/T 17302.12008
- according to the provisions of GB/T14805.10-2005 "Application-level syntax rules for electronic data interchange for administration, commerce and transport Part 10: Syntax service directory" on service data segments, the segment formats of UNH, UNS and UNT have been updated; - according to the provisions of GB/I15634-2008 "Segment directory for electronic data interchange for administration, commerce and transport" on user data segments, the segment format of user data segments has been updated:
the message examples in Appendix A have been updated, and the examples of segment comments in the segment format description have also been updated accordingly. The import license message consists of segments, each of which lists the status, type and length of the data element in UN/EDIFACT and the correspondence with this part, and makes appropriate comments and explanations. The segments are listed in the order in which they appear in the message. The segment or segment group mark is followed by the M (mandatory)/C (conditional) indicator, the maximum number of repetitions and the segment description: from left to right, the first column is the data unmarked and name, and the second column is the status (M or C), type and length of the data element in EDIFACT. The above information constitutes the segment format definition of the original EDIFACT. The third and fourth columns are specific information to this part. The third column is the status indicator of the use of EDIFACT data elements, and the fourth column is the description and the code value used for the specific data element in the message. In addition to the code values in GB/T16833-2002, this part also uses national standard codes and Ministry of Commerce codes. When using national standard codes, their standard release numbers are listed in the segment notes. When using codes in GB/T16833-2002 and Ministry of Commerce codes, their specific code values are listed in the fourth column. Mandatory (M) data elements in the FDIFACT segment remain unchanged in this part. Conditional (C) data elements in the EDIFACT segment are further agreed upon in three states according to actual business needs in this part, and can be represented by abbreviations, as listed below: Mandatory M indicates that the data element is required and must be sent; Conditional C indicates that the data element is optional and can be sent according to user requirements; Not used N indicates that the data element is not used and should be omitted.
