This standard is based on Section 1.1 of the 1993 Standardization Work Guide, Unit 1, Chapter Introduction and Expression Rules, Part 1: Basic Provisions for the Preparation of Standards*, and is a revision of GB5458—85 Reduced-Effect Biological Container. When revising GB5458-85, the technical contents of GB5458-B5 that have been proven to be suitable for our situation were retained, and new contents such as product quality classification, classification of unqualified products, periodic inspection and sampling were added, and the blanking index and geometric tolerance, and the measurement accuracy were adjusted.
This standard shall be implemented from January 1, 1998

6.5 Transportation test
When the product is tested by automobile transportation, it should be placed on a heavy-duty truck, and the average speed should be 30km/h. For type B container, the test should be full, and the distance should not be less than 1000km. It is allowed to conduct simulation test on the impact or dynamic test bench.
6.6 Static energy storage period
6.G.1 Hydrogen storage period is tested by weighing method or flow chart method. The volume test should be carried out according to the provisions of 5.2 in Q12675.4-94. 6.6.2 The test environment temperature is 20℃ + 3T.6.6.3 The test is carried out without releasing the chain, covering the cover, and after 46 hours of static operation, use the weighing cycle or the total endurance method to measure the average value of the three loads.
