JB/T 7871.3-1999 This standard is a revision of JB/T 7871.3-95 "General-purpose and slash-type paddy field plowshares". During the revision, only editorial changes were made according to relevant regulations, and the main technical content remained unchanged. This standard stipulates the types and dimensions, technical requirements and acceptance rules of general-purpose and slash-type paddy field plowshares. This standard is applicable to general-purpose and slash-type paddy field plowshares. This standard was first issued in 1977 as NJ 157-77, first revised in 1986 as GB 6248.3-86, and adjusted to JB/T 7871.3-95 in April 1996. V 4.2 Ploughshares must be heat treated. According to Figure 6, the hardness of the heat-treated zone should be 50~60HRC, and the metallographic structure should be fine needle-shaped and medium-fine needle-shaped (or fine lath-shaped and medium-fine lath-shaped) tempered martensite, or tempered troostite, or a mixed structure. The hardness of the non-heat-treated area shall not be higher than 33HRC. 4.3 The thickness of the straight part of the plow blade should be 1±0.5mm, and the thickness within 60mm of the plow tip (chisel-shaped part) is allowed to be 2mm. 4.4 The working surface of the plowshare should be smooth, and the plow zinc should not have defects such as cracks, delamination, burns, etc. 4.5 There should be no burrs on the edge of the plowshare. 4.6 When checking the model with the sample group, the working surface of the plowshare should fit closely with the sample group, and the local gap allowed is: 1.5mm for the seam edge, 24 and 2mm for the rest c Acceptance ruleswwW.bzxz.Net Heat-treated leather JB/T7871.3-1999 Hardness measurement points Figure 6 Heat-treated belt of plowshare 5.1 The plowshare must be inspected and qualified by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be assembled or the parts can be shipped. 5.2 The ordering unit can conduct random inspections on the plowshare according to this standard, and the number of random inspections shall be negotiated by both parties. If there are unqualified results in the random inspection, the number shall be doubled for re-inspection. If there are still unqualified ones, they will not be accepted. 6 Marking and packaging 6.! The non-working surface of the plowshare should be marked with the manufacturer's factory logo and model code. 6.2 The working surface of the plowshare should be coated with anti-rust agent. 6.3 When the plowshare leaves the factory, it should be firmly and neatly bundled in groups and packed for shipment. 6.4 Each package should be accompanied by the following documents and marks: a) plowshare code and quantity; b) quality inspection certificate; c) factory batch number; d) manufacturer's name.
