The activity, radial crushing strength and chemical composition of natural gas one-stage reforming catalyst series products shall be tested in accordance with HG2273.4
S Inspection rules
5.1 The quality of natural gas one-stage reforming catalyst series products shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer: the manufacturer shall ensure that all products leaving the factory meet the technical indicators specified in this standard. 5.2 In normal production, products are inspected in batches, and the representative quantity of each batch does not exceed 5 tons. 5.3 The inspection samples of products are randomly sampled by the quality inspection department. The number of sampling units is three times the cube root of the total number of units in the product packaging barrel, 3×VN (N is the total number). If it is a decimal, it will be rounded up to an integer. Take out the same number of samples, totaling about 3, from each opened plug, mix them thoroughly and evenly, and divide them into chemical component analysis samples, activity and strength test samples, test samples and storage samples by reduction method. They are respectively placed in sample bottles and sealed, and labeled with product name, model, batch number, representative quantity, sampling date, sampler, etc. The storage samples must be kept for at least one year for verification. 5.4 When the product fails the inspection, the relevant testing devices, instruments, meters, chemical reagents, etc. should be checked and calibrated, and re-tested. If the second inspection is qualified, the third inspection is still required. If the third inspection is also qualified, the quality of the batch of products can be considered qualified. If it fails the second or third time, the batch of products is considered unqualified. All substandard products are not allowed to be sold as qualified products and shall not be mixed with qualified products in the warehouse.
5.5 When retesting, re-sampling can be carried out according to 5.3 of this standard and testing can be carried out according to the test methods in Chapter 4. 5.6 When judging whether the test results meet the requirements of the standard, the rounded value comparison method shall be used. 5.7 When the supply and demand parties have disputes over product quality, the demander has the right to re-test according to the inspection methods and inspection rules specified in this standard, or request arbitration from relevant units.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
6.1 Natural gas first-stage conversion catalyst series products should be packaged in moisture-proof and pollution-proof iron plugs. The outer wall of the packaging barrel must be painted with gray or gray-white paint. Each barrel contains 40-50kg of catalyst. 62. Pay attention to sealing the packaging. The packaging container should be accompanied by a product quality certificate, which should be stamped by the inspector or represented by the "mark,
6.3 The outside of the packaging container should be firmly marked with the catalyst model: name, batch number, gross weight (g), net weight (f). Trademark, production date, manufacturer name. And clearly mark the "wet" mark in Figure 6 of GB191 and the "no rolling" mark in Figure 8. 6.4 The packaged products should be stored in a dry warehouse to prevent pollution and moisture. 6.5 During transportation and loading and unloading, it is strictly forbidden to drop, roll and collide. Rainproof facilities should be provided during transportation. Additional Notes
This standard is proposed by the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is managed by the fertilizer catalyst standardization technical management unit of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. This standard is drafted by the Southwest Research Institute of Chemical Industry. The main drafters of this standard are Kou Kaiyou, Chen Changyun, Wu Qieyi, etc. From the date of implementation of this standard, the original standard HG1-1500-83 "Natural Gas Conversion Catalyst Z102 Type" issued by the Ministry of Chemical Industry will be invalidated.
