3 Technical requirements
Batch inspection counting sampling procedures and sampling tables (applicable to continuous batch inspection) Carbon spring steel wire
Test methods for floor mowers
General technical conditions for painting of agricultural and forestry tractors and implements 3.1 Floor mowers shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.2 All parts must be inspected and qualified, and purchased parts must have certificates of conformity. 3.3 Welded parts should not have defects such as leaking welds, cracks, slag inclusions, burn-throughs and incomplete penetration. 3.4 Traction-type floor mowers should be equipped with a mechanism that enables the finger wheels to rise and fall reliably. 3.5 The mower should be equipped with a mechanism to adjust the pressure of the finger wheel on the soil. 3.6 The structure of the finger wheel and support wheel of the mower should prevent grass entanglement. The leakage rate shall not exceed 2%.
The width of the transport state shall not exceed 4m.
3.9 The ground clearance for transportation shall not be less than 200mm. 3.10
The width of the formed grass strip shall not exceed 1.25mm. The working speed is 8~12km/h. The reliability coefficient should be greater than 98%. The power consumption per meter of floor width should be less than 1.77kW. 3 Main parts
3.13.1 The material of the floor teeth should be made of C-grade steel wire with performance not lower than GB/T4357, and its hardness after heat treatment is 36~41HRC. Under normal working conditions, the teeth should not produce large plastic deformation. Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on August 6, 1999, and implemented on January 1, 2000
JB/T7766.1-1999
3.13.2 The surface of the floor teeth must be treated with rust prevention. The broken tooth rate of the entire floor mower should not exceed 39% when working 120ha per meter of floor width. 3.14 Main components
3.14.1 When assembling the finger wheel, the floor teeth can be assembled in groups. After assembly, the finger tip should be in a plane perpendicular to the finger wheel axis, and the end face circular runout error should not exceed 20mm.
3.14.2 The radial circular runout error of the finger wheel after assembly should not exceed 10mm. 3.15 General assembly
3.15.1 When the finger wheel is turned by hand, it should rotate flexibly without any jamming. 3.15.2 The deviation of the distance between adjacent finger wheel axes should not exceed 15mm. The deviation of the wheel rim distance between adjacent finger wheels shall not exceed 15mm. 3.15.3
3.15.4 Appropriate lubricating grease shall be injected into all lubrication points of the whole machine. 3.15.5
All fasteners and connectors must be firmly and reliably connected. 3.15.6 The friction surfaces with relative motion of the whole machine shall be coated with anti-rust oil, and the other outer surfaces shall be painted according to the provisions of TQ-2-2-DM of JB/T5673.
3.16 Service life
The service life of the grass machine shall not be less than 5 years, and its annual workload shall be calculated as 120ha of grass per meter of grass width. 3.17 Safety requirements
3.17.1 When the grass machine is connected to the tractor for transportation, all connection parts must be firm and reliable. 3.17.2 When the grass machine is parked alone, there should be a mechanism to maintain stability and facilitate connection with the tractor. 4 Inspection rules
4.1 Factory inspection
4.1.1 Each lawn mower must undergo factory inspection and can only leave the factory after passing the inspection by the quality inspection department. 4.1.2 Factory inspection shall comply with the requirements of 3.8, 3.9, 3.14 and 3.15. 4.2 Type inspection
4.2.1 When the product has any of the following conditions, it shall be subject to type inspection in accordance with the provisions of GB/T14247: a) new products or products with major changes in performance, structure, materials and processes; b) when the product resumes production after 3 years of normal production or 2 years of suspension and when the old product is transferred to the factory for production; c) when the national quality supervision agency proposes type inspection requirements. 4.2.2 See Table 1 for defect classification. In accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828, this standard stipulates the use of a normal sampling plan and stipulates the use of inspection levels, with 2 to 8 units as an inspection batch. The sampling plan is shown in Table 2. 4.2.3 During the inspection, inspection conclusions shall be made for each group of defects separately. When the number of defects in the inspected group is less than or equal to the unqualified judgment number Ac, the whole batch of products is finally judged to be accepted; when the number of any defects in the inspected group is greater than or equal to the unqualified judgment number Re, the whole batch of products is finally judged to be rejected.
