5.1 The light anchor shall be inspected and accepted by the technical inspection department of the shipyard and the ship inspection department, and the certificate of qualification shall be provided. 5.2 Each anchor shall be inspected for appearance, weight and dimensions before testing. When asked, the manufacturer shall provide a material report. 5.3 Tensile test:
5.3.1 The light anchor with a nominal weight of more than 5k specified in this standard shall be subjected to a tensile test, among which the B type anchor shall only be tested with a block, and the resistance test load According to the provisions of Table 1. 5.3.2 The tensile force application point, one end is at the wrong unloading buckle, and the other end is at 1/3 of the anchor ring tip. As shown in Figure 3, the test should be done on both sides of the anchor. First test on one side, then turn to the other side to do the same test. Figure 3
5.3.3 Before the tensile test, each chain should be marked (punched or marked for measuring distance during the test) on the anchor handle at the left anchor unloading point and each tip of the anchor. Then apply a tensile force of 10% of the test load and stay for 5 minutes. After that: measure the distance between the two marks and then gradually increase the tension to the test load. Keep for 5 minutes, reduce the tension to 1/2 of the test load, and then measure the distance between the two marks. The increase in the distance between the two marks shall not exceed 20mm.
6 Marks
6.1 The anchors that have passed the test shall be marked with the following marks on the anchor handle and the anchor handle: a.
