5.1 General
5.1.1 According to the provisions of Article 5.1 of SY5868
5.1.2 When working on foot, the instrument should be carried by the operator, and at least two people should walk together. 5.1.3 During construction breaks, it is not allowed to lie down under the vehicle, in the store field, in the grass or other places that are not easy to find. 5.1.4 Safety measures should be taken when working in water networks and mountainous areas: 5.2 Surveying and whole-line operations
5.2.1 When selecting survey points, if there are high-voltage lines, important facilities or dangerous terrain, their positions and distances should be marked on the construction sketch. 5.2.2 When working on roads, traffic peaks should be avoided, and the points should be selected on the roadside. A self-evident sign should be set up 201m before and after the surveying station. 5.2.3 Surveying personnel should wear signal uniforms and have eye-catching command and communication signals, and observe and communicate at any time. China National Petroleum and Natural Gas Corporation approved on January 18, 1995 and implemented on July 1, 1995
SY 6048--94
5.2.4 When surveying in desert areas, eye-catching and reliable road signs should be set up on both sides of the road from the center of the camp to the surveying line area. The interval between road signs is generally 300-500m, and the road signs should be denser in areas with large elevation differences. 5.2.5 When the measuring point is under construction, there shall be no idle personnel within 51m around the measuring station, and the observer shall not leave the instrument. 5..6 When observing on the frame, protective measures shall be taken. After checking that the frame is firm and undamaged, observation on the frame shall be carried out: observation on the frame is not allowed when the wind is above S level.bZxz.net
5.2.7 The terrain and topography shall be observed during operation: the most protective measures shall be taken for dangerous areas. 5.3 Electrical operation
5.3.1 Laying poles and collecting and releasing wires
5.3.1.1 According to the construction design drawings, understand the terrain characteristics near the point, and lay poles and release wires under the premise of ensuring safety. 5.3,1.2 The operating personnel shall stick to their posts, and it is strictly forbidden for idle personnel to enter the wiring and pole laying site: when drilling poles, no one is allowed to stay within 5m around
5.31.3 When large wires or transmission lines pass through the public, protective measures shall be taken and warning signs shall be set up. Obstacles shall be cleared in time after the construction is completed. 5.3.1.4 When working in water network areas, the power supply line should be suspended in the air. 5.3.1.5 The installation of electric wires should meet the requirements: no exposed wires, maintenance should be carried out every 10 days, and the line joints should be permanently connected. 5.3, 1.6 There should be a special person to watch the power supply line passing through Lizhuang, and a "high voltage danger" warning sign should be set up every 50-100m in the line. 5.3.1.7 Precautions for the AB power supply line and electrode of the field construction method: a. The power supply electrode should be guarded by a special person, and the surrounding 501m is a restricted area. The electrode radius 1071 is isolated with wire mesh;. During power supply operation, it is strictly forbidden to move the electrode and touch the power supply line. If there is a special situation and it is urgent to move, the generator operator should be contacted in time. After the power outage is confirmed, it can be moved. 5.3.1.8 It is strictly forbidden to collect and release the wire while the vehicle is moving. 5.3.1.9 Tools, large and small wires should be neatly stored and put away. Mixing of people and objects is strictly prohibited. 5.3.2 Power generation and transmission
5.3.2.1 The generator should be hung with a conspicuous high-voltage danger sign. No fire, smoking or storage of flammable items are allowed within 5m of the generator.
5.3.2.2 Before power generation, the generator operator must notify the operators on the line to check the line for smoothness and grounding. The operators shall check and report to the generator operator before power generation. 5.3.2.3 In rainy and foggy weather, controlled source magnetotelluric method and field construction method generators are not allowed to generate or supply power: and moisture-proof measures should be taken: 5.3.3 Instruments
5.3.3.1 Vehicle-mounted instruments
a. The operating room is clean and tidy: it is strictly forbidden to pile up sundries and flammable materials, and 1 to 2 4k% powder fire extinguishers are equipped; b. The power cord connection is reliable and reasonable, and the insulation is good: it is strictly forbidden to smoke and use open flames and electric stoves in the operating room, and unauthorized personnel are strictly prohibited from entering. 5.3.3.2 Portable instruments
a. The instrument placement point should have a good line of sight with the pole distribution area; the performance of the instrument, power supply battery and auxiliary equipment is good: the working voltage is normal and there is no leakage phenomenon c. No fire is allowed within 15nm around the instrument, and unauthorized personnel are strictly prohibited from watching. 5.3.3.3 Instrument operator
a. Comply with the technical operating procedures and safety regulations of electrical instruments, and use registered fire-fighting equipment. Records must be kept for the inspection and maintenance of the instruments:
h. If any abnormal phenomenon is found, the power supply must be cut off immediately and the instrument must be shut down for inspection: Before starting the instrument, check the grounding condition of the instrument and check the circuits in the polarization area. Only after confirming that there are any errors can the instrument be started for collection.
Company. During the construction period: do a good job of warning and blue vision work at the center point and near the instrument vehicle and the engine, and strictly prohibit outsiders from watching. 2
