Adjustment book H6h3558-1988
This standard specifies the principle, instrument, test procedures and calculation method for the determination of the moisture content of film and film base. This standard is mainly applicable to the determination of moisture content of cellulose triacetate film base, polyester resin film base and paper base, as well as black and color films and photographic papers based on them.
2 Definition
Moisture content refers to the ratio of the mass of water, alcohol and other volatile components evaporated from the film, film base or photographic paper at the specified drying temperature and time to the original mass of the sample. It is expressed as a percentage. 3 Method Summary
The weighed sample is first dried in a constant temperature oven, then dried and cooled and weighed again. The moisture content is calculated based on the percentage of the apparent decrease in the sample mass.
A Instruments and equipment
The graduation value of the balance is 0.1 mg.
The diameter of the weighing bottle is 40~80mm and the height is 30mm
The temperature control accuracy of the oven is ±2℃, and there is weak natural ventilation. c.
d. The dryer is filled with an appropriate amount of silica gel or equivalent desiccant. 5 Test preparation
5.1 Sample collection
Remove the packaging of the whole roll of film and film base, discard the outer 2 to 4 layers, and then cut the whole film and film base with a width of about 50mm horizontally as the test sample. For the film and photo paper that have been cut into rolls or loose sheets, handle them according to the situation. The samples should ensure the sampling needs of the measurement, and then put the samples in a sealed container for use.
5.2 Sample specifications
Cut the sample to be tested into strips of about 15mm width, the sample mass is about 2g, and no less than 2 samples are taken each time. 5.3 Drying conditions and test environment conditions
The sample is dried at 70±2℃ and the drying time is 3h. The test room temperature is 23±2℃ and the relative humidity is 55%~65%. 6 Test steps
6.1 Open the weighing plate bottle cap, put the weighing bottle and the bottle cap into the oven which has been kept at 70±2℃, and bake until the weight is constant. Cover the bottle cap, take it out of the oven, put it in the lower desiccator to cool for 15min. Take it out of the lower desiccator again: open and close the bottle cap instantly to balance the pressure. Then, the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China approved it on November 30, 1988 and implemented it on May 1, 1989
Weigh the mass of the weighing bottle and set it aside.
ZBG80003—88
6.2 Quickly fold the sample into a toothed roll, place it in a weighing bottle of known mass processed according to 6.1, and immediately cover the bottle cap. Then weigh and calculate the mass of the sample, accurate to 0.5 mg.
During the weighing operation, avoid letting the sample lift the bottle cap. At the same time, the operator should wear gauze gloves and try to avoid the influence of exhalation or operation that may affect the measurement results. 6.3 Move the weighing bottle (with the sample) after weighing into an oven that meets the requirements, open the lid and dry it. After drying, cover the bottle cap with 1 cap, take it out, and put it in the desiccator specified in 4.4 to cool for 15 minutes. Take out the weighing bottle (with the sample) and open and close the bottle cap instantly to balance the pressure, and then weigh its mass, accurate to 0.5 mg. Calculate the mass of the sample after drying. 7 Calculation and processing of results
7.1 The moisture content is calculated according to the following formula;
mm×100%
Explicit content,
The mass of the sample before drying,;
The mass of the sample after drying is based on 9.
7.2 At least two samples should be measured in parallel for each test, and the arithmetic mean is taken to represent the measurement result. The difference in moisture content between the samples tested for the same sample shall not exceed 0.1%, otherwise the sample should be resampled and measured. 7.3 Test report
The report should include the following contents:
Test manufacturer, batch number, shaft number, production period, film type, sampling location! Test method and measurement conditions;
All measurement data and calculation results;
Measurement date. ||tt ||ZBG80003—88

Fast determination method of moisture content of film and film base (1) (reference)
In the production practice of my country's photosensitive industry for many years, in addition to the standard oven method, the infrared rapid drying determination method is also widely used to measure the moisture content of film and film base. The typical instrument is the SC69-02 type moisture rapid determination instrument. This method is hereinafter referred to as the "rapid method". As far as the scope of use of the SC69.02 type moisture rapid determination instrument is concerned, the instrument is not suitable for the determination of moisture content of film or film base. The reason is that due to the direct radiation of infrared rays, the triphosphate ester contained in the film base will be detected in large quantities. The volatile components of the sample are not exactly the same as the weight loss components measured by the oven method. It is found from the sample weight loss curve that the constant point of moisture content is not obvious, so its measurement accuracy and repeatability are low. However, film and film base production! The technology requires that their moisture content can be measured quickly. If the working voltage of the infrared dryer is adjusted appropriately, the drying temperature is lowered, and the data measured by the standard oven determination method are used to calibrate the rapid method, the rapid method can also obtain results close to the standard oven method. Therefore, this standard recommends the rapid method as a substitute for the determination method of moisture content of films and film bases. A1 Scope of application This method is only applicable to the determination of the moisture content of cellulose triacetate film base, polyester film base and paper base in the production of films and film bases, as well as black-and-white and color films supported by them. This method cannot be used as a cutting determination of the moisture content of films, film bases and photographic paper. A2 Measurement principle Film, film base and photographic paper samples of specified mass are dried on the infrared moisture rapid drying instrument under the conditions specified in this method, and the moisture, butanol and part of trisacetic acid phosphate and other volatile substances in the samples are evaporated. Weigh the mass of the sample before and after drying, and read the content of the sample directly through the optical imaging device on the instrument. A3 Instruments and spare parts

A4. 1 Sampling shall comply with the provisions of 5.1 of this standard. A4.2 Sample specifications shall comply with the provisions of 5.2 of this standard, and the sample mass is about 5. A5 Determination steps
Measurement parameters
In order to make the measurement results of the rapid moisture determination method consistent with the results of the standard drying oven method, it is necessary to calibrate the rapid determination method with the measurement results of the standard drying oven method. The calibration method can be achieved by adjusting the working voltage of the infrared bulb of the rapid moisture analyzer, and the measurement time should be shortened. Recommended empirical data: infrared bulb working voltage 150~-170V, explosion resistance 20 min
A5. 2 Determination of measurement correction value
ZBG80003--88
During the measurement, half of the beam of the balance is under the direct radiation of the infrared bulb, and expands due to heat. Since the entire beam is heated, the arm ratio relationship at room temperature is broken. With the difference of working voltage, it will cause zero drift of 2~5 divisions. In order to ensure the accuracy of the moisture content of the measured sample, the zero point thermal drift value is calibrated before measuring the sample. The determination method is as follows. First adjust the zero at room temperature, then adjust the working voltage of the infrared lamp according to the working voltage determined in A5.1, then turn on the light source switch, and read the source drift value from the projection screen when it is on standby for 20 minutes. This value is the measurement correction value. A5.3 Operation procedure and calculation results
A5.3.1 Adjust the working voltage of the infrared lamp pool according to the voltage determined in A5.1. A5. 3.2 Adjust the zero point at room temperature,wwW.bzxz.Net
A5.3.3 Fold the sample to be tested into a toothed roll and place it in the scale of the rapid moisture meter, turn on the light source switch, and heat the test. Note: Detailed operations should be performed according to the instrument manual. A5.3.4 When the heating reaches 20 minutes, write down the value shown on the projection screen. Then add the value shown in A5.2 The corrected value determined is the moisture content of the sample being tested. The calculation formula is as follows: (%) + screen display value + corrected value
