This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of folding polyethylene terephthalate (PET) packaging boxes.
This standard applies to the design, production and inspection of folding polyethylene terephthalate (PEI) packaging boxes (hereinafter referred to as PFT folding boxes). Products made of other plastic materials may be used for reference. 2 Normative reference documents

6.1 Test environment
6.1.1 Conditioning shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2918, with a temperature of (23±2)℃ and a humidity of (50±10)%. The conditioning time shall not be less than 21h.
6.1.2 Unless otherwise specified, the test shall be carried out under these conditions. 6.2 Dimensional deviation
Measured by a measuring tool with high precision. The position deviation of the finished pattern with symmetry requirements shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 6.3.2 of (GB/T7705-2008).
6.3 Appearance
6.3.1 Use natural light or 150° light source for inspection. The 150° light source requirement shall be met during arbitration. 6.3.2 Visual inspection. The distance between the inspector's eyes and the inspection part shall be 300mm~500mm. 6.4 Color difference of the same color in the same batch
The color difference of the same color in the same batch of lithographic printing products shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of 5.6 of GB/T7705-2008, and the color difference of the same color in the same batch of flexographic printing products shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of 6.4 of (B/T17497.2-2012). 6.5 Overprint error

Take the test sample, use a special grid blade to cut 10×10 (pieces) of 1mm grids, use a 2kg magnetic code to press the tape with a viscosity of (10±1)N/25mm three times, and calculate the proportion of oil shedding according to the test method of GB/T9286. 6.7 High and low temperature resistance
Put the sample in a high and low temperature box at (55±2)℃ for 72h, take it out and place it at room temperature for 2h, and then place it at (-20±2)℃ for 24h. Take it out and place it at high temperature for 2h and then test it on the same day. 6.8 Hot stamping wear resistance

6.9.1 Ink aging

According to the requirements of GB/T16422.3, use a type lamp tube, irradiance 0.18W/m50C, take it out after 18h, and test the color difference value according to the provisions of GB/T792.
6.9.2 Sheet aging
Prepare samples according to 6.1 of GB/T1040.3-2006, place in a dry aging test box at 50)℃, take out samples after 72h, and test according to the provisions of GB/T1040.3-2006. 6.10 Adhesion strength

6.11 Locking bottom strength
According to the minimum unit finished product packaging method-built-in 3 times the weight of the actual packaging, and hang it at room temperature for 21h, 6.12 Drop performance
