Qualified Products Outer Paper No Color 4.3 According to the provisions of the order contract, other quantitative fruit-raising papers can be produced, and their technical indicators shall be calculated by the insertion method. 2.0 4,4 The surface of the fruit bag paper should be flat, and there should be no defects such as pores, cracks, sand, damage, hard blocks, dense pits, wet edges, severe wrinkles, streaks, and stains. 4.5 The appearance of the paper should be consistent with the paper sample specified in the order contract, and the color of each batch of paper should not be significantly different. 4.6 The two sides of the roll paper should be consistent in tightness, and the edges should be neat and clean. 4.7 The tear ends of each roll of the roll grade should not exceed four, and the broken ends should be connected well and have clear marks. 4. 8 Fruit bag paper is generally roll paper, and flat paper can also be produced according to the order contract. The size of the roll paper is generally 310 mm1, 315 Tuml.375mm.520mm or 63tmml, which can also meet the requirements of the order contract. 4.9 The size deviation should not exceed 3 mm. The skewness should not exceed 3 mm4.10 According to the order contract, various colors of fruit bag paper are produced before. 5 Test method 5.1 The sample is taken according to G3/T450. 5.2 The sample processing and test should be carried out according to GB/T 10739. 5.3 The quantitative measurement should be carried out according to GB/T 151.2. 5.4 The cross-sectional quantitative difference should be measured according to GB/T451.2. Stack the sample 10 layers along the longitudinal direction of the paper, and then cut as many 0.01m2 round or square samples as possible along the transverse direction of the paper, weigh their mass, and then calculate the quantitative value of each point. The cross-sectional quantitative difference can be obtained by subtracting the minimum value from the maximum value. 5.5 The tensile index shall be measured according to GB/I453 or GR/T12914, and the arbitration test shall be measured according to GB/T12914. 5.6 The mixed tensile strength shall be measured according to GB/T 465.2, and the immersion time shall be 5 min. 5.7 The tear index shall be measured according to GB/T455, and 5.8 The air permeability shall be measured according to GB/458 5.9 The water absorption shall be measured in reverse according to GB/T154D, and the water absorption time shall be 1 minGB19341-2003 5.10 Fading test: Cut the fruit bag paper into strips with a length of 100mm and a width of 38mm, and soak them in 3% hot distilled water for 30rmin. After taking it out, compare it with the original sample to observe whether there is a mystery color phenomenon. 5.11 Harmful substances shall be determined according to GB/T3561. 5.12 The moisture content of the goods shall be measured according to (:B/T462. 5.13 The size and skewness shall be measured according to GB/T 451.1. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 The number of deliveries is the batch. But it should not exceed 30t. 6.2 The manufacturer shall ensure that the products produced meet the requirements of this standard. Each roll (piece) of paper shall be accompanied by a product quality certificate when delivered. 6.3 The items of product factory inspection are all indicators and appearance in Table 1. 6.4 Product delivery inspection shall be carried out according to GB/T2828, the sample unit is full (piece), and the sampling plan shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. During the inspection, the external packaging should be checked first, and then samples should be taken from the towel for inspection. If the inspection results do not conform to the standard, the buyer should notify the supplier to transfer samples for re-inspection within three months after the arrival of the goods (or as stipulated in the order contract). If it is still unqualified, it will be judged as a batch unqualified. The supplier is responsible for handling it. If it is qualified, the buyer will be responsible for handling it. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 7.1 The wet tensile strength of the product should be clearly indicated on the outer packaging of the product. 7.2 The packaging and marking of fruit bag paper should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T10342 for paper rolls. The second layer of packaging material should be moisture-proof paper or plastic film and other moisture-proof materials. It can also be packaged and marked according to the provisions of the order contract. 7.3 During transportation, a canopy and clean transportation vehicle should be used, and it should be strictly protected from sun and rain. 7.4 During transportation, the packing wire should not be hooked or lifted, and the paper should not be thrown down from a high place. 7.5 The paper should be properly stored on the pallet in a ventilated warehouse to prevent it from being affected by the snow and ground air. 7.6 During the production, processing, transportation and storage of fruit bag paper, production and operation units should strictly prevent the fruit bag paper from being contaminated by toxic and harmful substances or heavy metal dust.
