4 Technical requirements
4.1 Working conditions
According to the provisions of Article 5.1 of JB/T7056.
4.2 Performance
Flow characteristics, leakage, and pressure resistance shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7056. 4.2.1
Structural rigidity and strength
The quick-change joint shall be able to withstand: radial load 2200N; axial load 2200N. 5 General manufacturing requirements
5.1 Parts processing, assembly, and appearance quality shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7056. 6 Test methods
6.1 Test conditions shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7056. 6.2 Test piece installation
6.2.1 For the structural rigidity and strength test, the test piece for the leakage test when connected is the joint assembly with a one-way valve connected to the pressure source, and the other end is closed. The test piece for the leakage test when disconnected is the plug or socket of the one-way valve connected to the pressure source. 6.2.2

6.4.2 Leakage test
6.4.2.1 Leakage test when the joint is disconnected

The test is carried out on the device shown in Figure 1. The test piece is installed according to Article 6.2.2. A radial force of 40N is applied at the position shown in the figure. The gas pressure is the nominal pressure. The pressure is maintained for 5 minutes. No leakage shall occur. Pressure resistance test

6.4.4 Structural stiffness and strength test
6.4.4.1 Radial stiffness test
The test is carried out on the device shown in Figure 3. The test piece is installed according to Article 6.2.1. The gas pressure is nominal pressure, and a radial force of F=2200N is applied at the position shown in the figure. Keep for 1min, and no disconnection or damage shall occur. Perform leakage test in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.4.2.2 6.4.4.2 Axial strength test
The test is carried out on the device shown in Figure 4, and the test is installed in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.2.1. The gas pressure is nominal pressure, and an axial force of F=2200N is applied at the position shown in the figure, and keep for 1min, and no disconnection or damage shall occur.
