This standard applies to the quality inspection and acceptance of steel space grid structure products. 2 Reference standards GB2828 Batch inspection counting sampling procedures and sampling tables Code for construction and acceptance of steel structure projects GBI2054 3 Inspection rules 3.1 Inspection classification Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 3.2 Inspection items JG12-1999 It is divided into two types: main inspection items and general inspection items. The main inspection items are listed in Table 1. Except for those listed in Table 1, all other items in the technical requirements of JGJ75.1 and JGJ75.2 are general inspection items. JG12—1999 3.3.2 The sample size and qualified and unqualified judgment of each sampling are listed in Table 2 according to the normal inspection secondary sampling plan of GB2828. 3.3.3 Performance inspection is carried out according to the requirements of product drawings or the contract between the supply and demand parties, and the sample size and qualified and unqualified judgment of each sampling are listed in Table 3. 3.3.4 Samples of parts should be randomly selected from the batch submitted for inspection. The inspection batch can be a batch of products of the same model for delivery acceptance, but each batch shall not be less than 150 pieces. For the same type of products produced continuously, the manufacturer's technical inspection department may inspect them in batches, but each batch shall not exceed 35,000 pieces. When using the secondary sampling plan, each sample should be drawn from the entire batch, and the time of drawing the sample can be during the formation of the batch or after the formation of the batch. If the number of unqualified products found in the first sample is greater than or equal to the first unqualified number, the batch is judged to be an unqualified batch. If the number of unqualified products found in the first sample is greater than the first qualified number and less than the first unqualified number, the second sample is drawn for inspection. If the sum of the number of unqualified products found in the first and second samples is less than or equal to the second qualified judgment number, the batch is judged to be a qualified batch. If the sum of the number of unqualified products found in the first and second samples is greater than or equal to the second unqualified judgment number, the batch is judged to be an unqualified batch. Products that are judged to be a qualified batch based on the inspection results of the first sample and meet the high-quality product standards in the technical requirements are judged to be excellent products. 3.3.6 Welding parts judged to be unqualified products are only allowed to be repaired once. The repaired products are inspected one by one according to the specified standards. If the inspections all meet the standard requirements, their quality can only be judged as qualified products. 3.3.7 Inspection level and qualified quality level If the purchaser has special requirements, the supplier may require the corresponding level of inspection to be increased according to the contract provisions agreed by both parties. 3.4 Type inspection 3.4.1 Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations: a. Trial design and identification of new products; b. After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; c. During normal production, periodic inspection should be carried out after a certain amount of production (up to 35,000 pieces); d. When the product is resumed after one year of suspension; e. When the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 3.4.2 The items of type inspection shall be all items (including main inspection items and general inspection items) in accordance with the technical requirements specified in JGJ75.1 and JGJ75.2. 3.4.3 The sampling rules for performance inspection (i.e. destructive test) shall be carried out in accordance with Table 3. 3.4.4 The samples for type inspection shall be randomly sampled from the batch products. When there is no batch product, random sampling shall be carried out during the trial production, but the samples for destructive test shall not be less than 3 pieces. 3.4.5 The samples of parts and components used for performance inspection shall be randomly sampled from the batch products. 4 Product Acceptance JG121999 4.1 The product can be accepted after passing the factory inspection in Article 3 of this standard. 4.2 When the product leaves the factory, the manufacturer shall submit the following technical documents: a. Certificates and test reports of various parts and components; b. Design change documents; c. Quality certificates or retest reports of the steel and other materials used; d. Weld quality and high-strength bolt quality inspection data; e. List of shipped parts and components.
