1. Appendix A of this standard, "Description of the Emblem of the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China", is compiled based on Article 1 of the Basic Law of the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China and Article 3 of the Basic Law of the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China (Draft) and other relevant documents and explanations on the drafting work. 2. This standard is based on Annex 2 of the Measures for the Supervision of the Use of the Flag and Emblem of the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China adopted by the Fifth Plenary Session of the National People's Congress on January 16, 1999, and the Explanation of the Emblem of the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, which formulates the technical requirements for the shape, pattern, scale, etc. of the emblem of the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, and includes this document as Appendix 3 of this standard. 3. 5 Test method

5.1 The measurement of the dimensions and allowable errors of each part of the standard micro-word should use qualified measuring tools with an accuracy of not less than 0, i%. 5.2 The color measurement shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 3979, GB/11186.2, GB/T 11186.3. 5.3 The performance of micro-surface paint film shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1720, GB/T 1733, GB/T 1766, GB/T 9754, GB/T 6733, GB/T 927-, GB/T1740, GB/T1771. 5.4 Strength test
5.4.1 The bending strength test of glass fiber reinforced plastic shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of CB/T 1449; 5.4.2 Drop ball impact: Place the sample with the front side facing F. horizontally on the cement floor L. Place a steel ball weighing 112 g at a distance of 2 m from the sample t., and drop the steel ball to make the surface of the sample be in the same plane. Punch the sample repeatedly twice, and observe whether there are cracks, deformation, delamination, etc. on the surface of the sample.
5.4.3 Determine the hardness of the glass fiber reinforced plastic product according to the provisions of GB/T3854. 5.5 The hardness test shall be carried out according to the method b of 1.4 in GB/T 13/T 11337-1989. 5.6 The hardness test shall be carried out according to the two-point measurement method of 2.3 in GB/T4380-1984. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Each surface micro-plate shall be subjected to inspection before leaving the factory. The inspection includes the shape, pattern and size of the surface, the appearance evaluation of the surface, the color quality, and the quality of the surface.
When the material, formula, and process change, type inspection shall be carried out. 6.2 During the factory inspection, all the inspection items of each product shall be qualified and judged as qualified products, otherwise they shall be unqualified products. Unqualified products shall not be shipped.
During type inspection, if all the quality requirements specified in Chapter 4 are qualified, it is determined to be qualified for type inspection and can be produced in a formal manner. 7 Marking and Packaging
7.1 Marking
The name and address of the manufacturer and the product number are marked on the back of each micro-particle. 7.2 Packaging
