The test method shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 4.
5.3 Sampling inspection rules and sampling plan
Sampling inspection rules and sampling plan shall comply with the provisions of GB/T2828. 5.3.1 Unqualified classification
The quality characteristics of the inspected products that do not meet the standards and product drawings are called unqualified. According to the degree of influence of each type of unqualified on the use of the product, it is divided into Class A unqualified, Class B unqualified and Class C unqualified. The classification of unqualified centrifugal oil filter products is shown in Table 4. 5.3.2 Qualified quality level AQL
Centrifugal oil filter products are divided into three levels of AQL values according to qualified products, first-class products and superior products, see Table 5 and Table 6. 5.3.3 Inspection batch
The inspection batch N is specified to be 2650. The inspection batch shall not be less than the lower limit of the specified batch range. If it is greater than the upper limit of the specified batch range, the products shall be divided into several batches of 26 to 50, and one batch shall be randomly selected for sampling inspection. 5.3.4 Inspection level
For Class A unqualified products, the general inspection level I is adopted, and its sample size code is C, and n is 5. For Class B unqualified products and Class C unqualified products, the general inspection level II is adopted, and its sample size code is D, and n is 8. 5.3.5 Sampling method
A normal inspection sampling plan is adopted.
5.3.6 Sampling plan
The sampling plan for centrifugal oil filter products is shown in Table 5 and Table 6. 5.4 Implementation of the sampling plan
JB/T51123-1999
The inspection samples should be drawn from the user unit or commercial department, and are not subject to the lower limit of the batch range. If there is no stock at the above location, with the consent of the relevant departments, samples can be drawn from the production line of the production plant or from the products that have been put into storage recently (within half a year). At this time, 5.3.3. The batch range specified in the regulations. When sampling, the randomness of sample selection should be ensured. 5.5 Product quality grade assessment
5.5.1 Sample inspection
Batch N26-50
Samples should be inspected according to the unqualified classification specified in Table 4 and the sampling plan specified in Table 5 and Table 6, and in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 3 and Chapter 4.
5.5.2 Determination of batches
After all samples are inspected, if the number of unqualified products in a certain category is less than or equal to the Ac value, the category is judged as qualified. When the number of unqualified products in a certain category is greater than or equal to the Re value, the category is judged as unqualified. When all categories are judged as qualified, the entire batch of products can be finally judged as qualified. 5.5.3 Quality Grade Assessment
5.5.3.1 After all samples have been inspected, when the number of unqualified products of each category in the sample is less than or equal to the Ac value of the superior product, the inspected product shall be assessed as a superior product: if the number of unqualified products of each category in the sample is less than or equal to the Ac value of the first-class product, the inspected product shall be assessed as a first-class product; if the number of unqualified products of each category in the sample is less than or equal to the Ac value of the qualified product, the inspected product shall be assessed as a qualified product. If the number of unqualified products of one or more categories in the sample is greater than or equal to the Re value of the qualified product, the inspected product shall be assessed as an unqualified product. 5.5.3.2 If a product is assessed as an unqualified product, it is allowed to be re-inspected once after half a year. If the re-inspection is qualified, it can still be assessed as a qualified product, but it shall not be assessed as a first-class product or a superior product.
