Technical Conditions for Rubber Resilience Testing Machine
Subject Content and Scope of Application
HG/T2071-
This standard specifies the structural dimensions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, etc. of rubber resilience testing machines. This standard is applicable to testing machines for measuring the elasticity of vulcanized rubber with a hardness between 30 and 85 IRHD at the test temperature. Cited standards
GB2611
General technical requirements for testing machines
Structural dimensions
Basic characteristics
Punch diameter (D): 12.45~15.05mm; Sample thickness (d): 12.5±0.5mm;
Impact mass (m): 0.35-0.kg;
Impact velocity (V): 1.4*a6m/s;
Apparent strain energy density (mv/Da): 351-2kJ/m Note: Apparent strain energy density (mV/Dd) is the ratio of impact energy to equal volume. It is related to impact strain and depends on the values of m, V, D and d. The apparent strain energy density required by this technical condition must be kept within the range specified above. 3.2 The testing machine consists of a machine base with a sample holder, a sample clamping device, a pendulum and a rebound value indicating device. The machine base and the sample holder are integrated, and the machine base must be stable to prevent the entire machine from moving during the impact. 3.3 The pendulum consists of a pendulum rod and a hammer, as shown in the figure. The pendulum swings along a circular trajectory. When the pendulum is hung vertically, the axis of the hemispherical hammer head must be perpendicular to the surface of the sample. The hardness of the hemispherical hammer head surface is above HRC50, and the maximum allowable value of the surface roughness Ra is 1.6um. 1-Pierce rod: 2-Inlay: 3-Machine base: 4Test specimenApproved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on July 6, 1991 and implemented on January 1, 1992bzxz.net
HG/T2071-91
3.4 Rebound value indicating device The pull pin on the pendulum rod is composed of a pointer and a scale which is controlled by the pull pin and can indicate synchronously with the rotation. The scale is 1/4 circle and is divided into 100 non-linear scales. Each scale is 1% rebound value. The test result can be directly read as a percentage rebound value on the scale. Other forms of indicating devices can also be used. The calibration of the percent rebound value should strictly follow the formula (1): Relationship: R = (1-cosα) × 100%
Where: R rebound value, %;
Rebound angle, (°)
3.5 Specimen and its clamping force
The specimen clamp is a metal ring with an inner diameter of 20mm and an outer diameter of 35mm. Its clamping force is 200±20N. The specimen clamp is opened and closed by a transmission mechanism: Other types of specimen clamps can also be used, but no matter what clamping method is used, the specimen should be firmly clamped to avoid friction and movement. In order to ensure that the specimen can bulge freely during impact, a 2mm gap should be left around the impact point. 4 Technical requirements
Normal working conditions of the testing machine
a. The surrounding environment is free of active and corrosive media; b. The ambient temperature is 10~35℃;
The relative humidity is 30%~85%
4.2 The horizontal deviation of the pendulum is less than 0.45mm per 100mm length, 4.3 The impact mass is 0.350..kg.
4.4 The damped swing of the pendulum:
The number of swings without a pointer should be no less than 300 times; b. The number of swings with a pointer should be no less than 35 times, 4.5 The rebound indication error is ±0.5%
4.6 The specimen clamping force is 200±20N.
4.7 The pendulum is vertically hung at 90°±10
4.8 Appearance requirements:
The appearance should meet the requirements of GB2611.
4.9 Transport bump resistance:
The testing machine should be able to withstand the transport bump test without damage under the packaging conditions. The testing machine after bumping should still meet the technical requirements of this standard without repair.
Test method
5.1 Test conditions
The testing machine should be tested in 4. 1. The test is carried out under the conditions specified in Article 1. The test instruments are:
force measuring device: accuracy higher than 5%;
measuring instrument: accuracy higher than 3%;
level: accuracy is 0.02/1.000: universal goniometer: zero level;
flat plate: 500mm×500mm zero level;
thickness of metal test specimen for inspection: 12.5±0.2mm; dial indicator and magnetic stand;
general tools and pans for inspection.
5.3 Pendulum horizontal deviation test
HG/T2071—91
Use a spirit level to calibrate the flat plate to be horizontal, place the testing machine steadily on the flat plate, adjust the support screws, use a dial indicator to calibrate the plane on the machine base, the deviation should be within 0.02mm, hold the pendulum with a hook, make the dial indicator probe contact the pendulum, move the table stand, check the dial indicator reading in sections, the horizontal deviation of the pendulum should comply with the provisions of Article 4.2, 5.4 Pendulum horizontal weighing test:
The testing machine is placed in the same way as in Article 5.3, release the holding hook, support the hemispherical hammer head on the weighing device in a horizontal position for weighing, and meet the requirements of Article 4.3.
5.5 Damped swing test of pendulum:
The testing machine is placed on the edge of the flat plate, the tail of the machine is placed at 45° and the pendulum is in a static state. The pendulum is picked up to 45° and swings without the pointer. The number of times should be no less than 300 times;
b, the pointer and the pendulum are connected by a wire or a clip not heavier than 5g, and the swing is performed in the manner of 5.5a. The number of times should be no less than 35 times.
5.6 Rebound indication error test
The placement of the testing machine is the same as that of Article 5.3. When the pendulum is in the vertical position, the pointer should indicate zero, and the front of the dial needle just touches the tail of the pointer. The pendulum can be moved by lifting it slightly. When the pendulum is lifted by 60°, the pointer should indicate 50%. When the pendulum is lifted to the horizontal position (rotated 90°), it is hooked by the holding hook and the pointer should indicate 100%. If any discrepancy is found, the dial needle holder should be adjusted until it meets the requirements of Article 4.5. 5.7 Specimen clamping force test:
Use a force measuring device to measure the clamping force when the distance between the machine base and the clamping ring is 12.5mm, and meet the requirements of Article 4.6. 5.8 Pendulum vertical suspension test:
The placement of the testing machine is the same as the requirements of Article 5.3. When the pendulum stays freely in a static position, use a universal goniometer to directly measure against the pendulum, and meet the requirements of Article 4.7. In order to ensure the horizontal direction of the impact point velocity, the metal sample for inspection must be close to the machine base, and the sample clamp is slightly loosened, and the slide bar is adjusted. When the pendulum stays in a static position, the ball surface of the hammer should be tangent to the surface of the metal sample, and the tangent point is transparent, but the 0.05mm thickness gauge cannot be inserted.
5.9 Appearance and general requirements test:
Inspect by visual inspection according to the requirements of Article 4.8.
5.10 Transport bump resistance test:
After the test machine is packaged, it is driven on a Class III highway by a truck at a speed of 30~40km/h for 200km, and then a comprehensive inspection is carried out according to the provisions of Article 4.9.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Each test machine must be inspected and qualified by the factory quality inspection department, and accompanied by a document of qualified product quality before it can leave the factory. 62 Test items:
The test machine is divided into factory inspection and type test. 6.2.1 Factory inspection is carried out according to Articles 5.1, 5.3~5.9 for each machine. 6.2.2 Type test is carried out according to Articles 5.1, 5.3~5.10 for sampling inspection. 6.2.3 Type test is carried out in the following situations:
