Before leaving the factory, the assembled parts shall be tested for idling. 5. Inspection regulations
5.! Each machine shall be inspected by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer. After passing the inspection, the product can be shipped only if it is qualified. 5.2 The machine parts shall be tested for idling. The machines for load operation test shall be selected from each batch of 2, but not less than 1. If any unqualified items are found during the test, they shall be re-inspected by twice the number every day. If there are still unqualified items, This batch of products cannot be accepted. 5.3 The final inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 3.1.2--3.1.7.2.1.93.1.22.9.2.2~7.2.5.9.7.9.1.5.14. All items must be qualified.
5.4 When any of the following conditions occurs, a type inspection shall be carried out; a) When a new product is identified
b) When there is no design, process, or raw material has a significant change; c) When production is stopped for more than one year and the product is resumed; d) During normal production, once every three years
e) When the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type testing, 5.5 Type testing shall be carried out on all items in this standard, and all inspection items shall be qualified. 6 Marking, packaging, and transportation
