Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic Storage Tank Standard Series (VN0. 5m3-VN100m) HG 21504. 1-92 Editor: Sixth Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry Approving Department: Ministry of Chemical Industry Engineering Construction Standard Editing Center of the Ministry of Chemical Industry 1 General Provisions Scope of Application 1.1.1 This series is applicable to glass fiber reinforced plastic storage tanks used for storage, metering and separation in the chemical and petroleum industries, and is also applicable to glass fiber reinforced plastic storage tanks for similar purposes in other industrial sectors. Forming method: hand lay-up method and mechanical winding method. 1.1.2 Working pressure@: -500~2000Pa (-50mm-~200mmH0). Working temperature: -10~+80℃. 1.1.5Specific gravity of medium: Y≤1.2. This series is based on the combination of glass fiber and unsaturated polyester resin, but 1.1.62 other materials can also be used. Flame retardant additives are added to the products to make the molded FRP storage tanks have flame retardant and self-extinguishing properties. 1.2Reference standards HGI43 "Classification of toxic hazards and explosion hazards of chemical media in pressure vessels" HGJ44 "Types, connection dimensions and sealing surface dimensions of steel pipe flanges CD130A19 "Technical conditions for the design of hand-laid FRP equipment" GB8237 "Liquid unsaturated polyester resin for glass fiber reinforced plastics (glass copper)" ①Refers to the gas phase pressure conditions caused by the day and night temperature changes and the inlet and outlet of materials in the closed storage tank. 1 1.3 Structural type 1.3.1 This series is an integral polyester glass fiber reinforced plastic storage tank. The storage tank is divided into two types: vertical and horizontal, and seven types. See Table 1.3.1 for detailed classification. 1.3.2 The supports of this series of storage tanks are: flat bottom (without anchor bolts), flat bottom (with anchor bolts), hanging support, supporting support, and saddle support. Main parameters and dimensions 1.4.1 The nominal volume of this series: VN0.5m2~VN100m. 1.4.2 The nominal diameter of this series of storage tanks: DN800mm~DN3400mm. 1.5 Pipe The number, specifications, and uses of the pipe openings set in this series are recommended. Users can change them according to process needs. The orientation of the pipe openings and the orientation of the liquid level gauge should be proposed in the selection table. 1.6 Method The flange adopts full-plane flange, and the flange connection size is as follows: PN1.0MPaHGI44-91 (except valve and instrument interface). Liquid level indicator This series has four liquid level gauge drawings: glass tube liquid level gauge, plastic tube liquid level gauge, ③ saddle support is prepared by the user. Organic glass tube liquid level gauge, float liquid level gauge, should be selected according to the characteristics of the medium. Float liquid level gauge is used for storage tank height ≥3000mm. 1.8 Straight ladder This series of VN6m3 vertical storage tanks are designed with a straight ladder (the position of the ladder is provided by the user). Vertical storage tanks with VN<6m3 are not equipped with a straight ladder. If the user needs to set up a straight ladder, it should be indicated in the "Fiberglass Storage Tank Selection Table". 1.9 Design parameters 1.9.1 Dynamic load Basic wind pressure at 10 meters height: 550N/m2 (55kgf/m2) Earthquake intensity: 8 degrees. 1.9.2 Tank top load This series takes 1100N/m2 (110kgf/m2) (tank top load includes the weight of the top cover, the slight negative pressure in the tank, the insulation material and the snow load or construction load). 1.10 Others 1.10.1 Foundation The concrete foundation should be made into an integral foundation and should be treated with anti-corrosion if necessary. 1.10.2 Medium restrictions According to HGJ43-91 "Classification of Toxicity Hazards and Explosion Hazards of Chemical Media in Pressure Vessels", the toxicity of the medium is divided into four levels: ① Extremely hazardous (I level); ②) Highly hazardous (II level); Moderately hazardous (Sub-level); ④Mildly hazardous (V level). bZxz.net This series of FRP storage tanks shall not be used to store toxic media of level I and II. Type B is suitable for the nominal diameter of the storage tank cylinder DN≤1200mm. The length of the pipe extending out of the outer wall of the storage tank is 150mm, and the length of the manhole pipe extending out of the outer wall of the storage tank is 200mm. 2.1.3 Basic parameters and dimensions are shown in Table 2.1.3. 2.1.4 Marking example: Nominal volume VN2m2, nominal diameter DN1400mm, non-detachable top cover, flat bottom and flat cover storage tank The tank marking code is: A2/1400HG21504.1-92-045 Type B (VN0. 5m--VN1n\) Type A (VN2m~VN5m) 026-1102 20-2-1205 Quiet port 008001 [oz]os Spare port Vent port Overflow port 2.2Flat bottom cone top, flat bottom elliptical head storage tank series 2.2.1 This series is divided into two types: flat bottom cone top (Type A) and flat bottom elliptical head (Type B), see Figure 2.2.1. 2.2.2When the storage tank height H<3000mm, use glass tube liquid level gauge, plastic tube liquid level gauge, organic glass tube liquid level gauge; when the storage tank height H≥3000mm, use float liquid level gauge. 2.2.3 The length of the pipe extending from the outer wall of the storage tank is 150mm, and the length of the manhole pipe extending from the outer wall of the storage tank is 200mm.
