Figure 1 4 Technical requirements 4.1 Connecting rod bushings shall be manufactured in accordance with product drawings and technical documents approved through the prescribed procedures and shall comply with the provisions of this standard. 4.2 Materials 4.2.1 The material of connecting rod bushings shall be the cast copper-based alloy specified in GB10448. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on July 18, 1994 Implementation on July 1, 1995 JB/T7292.194 The grades, chemical compositions, metallographic structures and mechanical properties of the above materials are shown in Appendix A (Supplement). 4.2.2 Other cast pin-based alloys that meet the quality requirements may also be used. 4.3 The hardness difference of the same type of connecting rod bushings made of the same material shall not exceed 30 Brinell hardness units. 4.4 Dimensions and tolerances 4.4.1 The outer circle dimension tolerance grade of the connecting rod bushing shall not be lower than 1T7 specified in GB1800. 4.4.2 The inner circle dimension tolerance grade of the connecting rod bushing shall not be lower than 1T6 specified in GB1800. The inner circle dimension tolerance grade of the connecting rod bushing with boring or reaming amount shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 4.4.3 The tolerance of the width B of the connecting rod bushing shall be as specified in Table 1. Table 1 Width B >25~50 > 50~80 >80~120 4.4.4 Inner and outer chamfer dimensions The inner and outer chamfer lengths cl and c of the connecting rod bushing should preferably be 0.3.0.5.0.8.1.0.2.0mml. 4.4.5 Inner and outer chamfer angles 4.4.5.1 The outer chamfer angle α of the connecting rod bushing is generally 45°, and 15° can also be used. 4.4.5.2 The inner chamfer angle % of the connecting rod bushing is 45°4.5 Shape and position tolerances 4.5.1 Shape tolerance The cylindrical tolerance grade of the inner circle of the connecting rod bushing should not be lower than Grade 6 specified in GB1184. The total weight of each packing box should not exceed 25kg. It must be guaranteed not to be damaged during normal transportation. 6.4 Storage The packaged connecting rod bushing should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse. Under normal storage conditions, the manufacturer shall ensure that the connecting rod bushing will not rust within 12 months from the date of white packaging.
